Working with multiple email addresses, I would like the ability to send emails from multiple outgoing domains via SMTP to ensure the ticket response is redirected to the correct person.

Allow the ability to display more than 20 tickets at a time and forego the endless scroll!
My group has a ticket spam filter in place that has well over 8000 tickets built up. It would be great if a simple "view all" or ticket display range that goes beyond 20 were created. This way I don't need to lock up my browser endlessly scrolling or deal with the delay between deleting 20 tickets at a time. This is a simple and efficient change that would greatly help out those with large amounts of tickets for services that need to be logged, but ultimately will be deleted.

SSD TB written threshold
It would be great if there were a way to monitor the approximate life remaining on an SSD. I have seen many fail without any SMART alerts. TB written seems to be the best measure.

Simplify the addition of a device
When adding a new device it is necessary to select the "customer" and then the "Monitoring Agent", but monitoring agent list displays all customer, even if a client was previously selected.

Ability to Mark as resolution after saving the note
When entering an internal note, we currently have the option to 'Mark as Resolution.' It would be beneficial to also have the ability to mark notes as resolutions after saving them.
Often, we require the end user to confirm the success of a fix or patch to the ticket. It would be helpful to save notes detailing the fix or patch and then designate the note as resolution once confirmed by the user

standard filter for ticket tab at customer should be behaviour to include custom stati
ticket tab at customer shows tickets with stati "open" an "pending".
but when i create custim ticket stati tickets will not be shown there.for example a status "waiting for replacement parts" with the behavior "pending" has to be activated every time i open the ticket tab.
that are pretty much clicks to see the open tickts of a customer.
It would be much better, if every status with the BEHAVIOUR of open and pending would be selected as default

Cynet Elite
I am writing to express my interest in the recent addition of the Cynet app to the Atera platform. However, I have noticed that the current offering is limited to the Cynet 360 version.
Given the comprehensive cybersecurity needs of my operations, I believe that incorporating the Cynet Elite package would be highly beneficial. The Elite package, which is available for $9 per month per endpoint on the Cynet website, offers an array of advanced security features backed by 24/7 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) support. This addition would greatly enhance our ability to manage both cybersecurity and IT through Atera, providing a more robust and integrated solution.
Currently, Atera does not offer any cybersecurity applications beyond antivirus, and the inclusion of the Cynet Elite package would significantly fill this gap, offering enhanced protection and peace of mind.
I kindly request that you consider offering the Cynet Elite package through Atera. This enhancement would be invaluable for users like myself who seek to streamline their IT and cybersecurity management.
Thank you for your attention to this request. I look forward to your positive response.
Best regards

Option to delay the Patch & Automation Feedback Report
It would be great if there was a way to delay the Patch & Automation Feedback Report. We get alot of "false" Reports because some of the devices are offline when the Patch Management and IT Automation is scheduled. Lets say the device gets started 1-2 Hours after the schedule - the updates get done later but the report says it has failed. This makes it very time consuming for us because we have to lookup every device seperatly and see if the updates were completed or not.

Ticket Templates and The Service Portal
Hi Atera team,
After building out the platform for my company, I have come to notice that the service portal does not fully optimize the use ticket template feature.
As it stands now, when a user navigates to the service portal and creates a ticket, ALL custom fields that have the setting "User can Edit" are shown to the user. It will remain this way UNTIL a user selects a ticket template. Only after selecting a ticket template, the custom fields will filter down to what has been specified to be included in the template.
After doing some brainstorming with the team, I believe that this is not a fully optimized way of going about this. We believe the best workflow for the ticket templates would be such that the user can select the mandatory fields such as priority, status, impact and type. After inputting the mandatory information needed the next field would be to select a ticket template, which, when selected will show the fields that the admins have specified that need to be filled out. This differs from the show everything > filter down approach currently used; to show nothing > filter what the selected template specifies.
It wouldn't make sense to provide a user with a huge list of fields that they may or may not fill out until a ticket template is selected. Even more so, users might be apprehensive to use the ticketing system if, when they create a ticket, they are presented a long list of fields that they might not ever fill out.
For example, what if a user wants to create a ticket that does not match the description of a ticket template? Would they then have to scroll through all of the custom fields that have been set to find the information they want to enter? Is it expected that we are to create an "Other" ticket template for users who can't find a ticket template that matches their issue?
I hope that in this post I can properly explain the issues, however if not, please reach out and I would be glad to schedule a meeting or provide pictures. Thanks

Forward tickets to non technicians.
In the old Atera ticketing interface, we could forward a ticket to an email address. This is something we use when a user creates a ticket for a department (like accounting) and no one in accounting is a technician. Therefore, it would be nice to just forward the ticket in an email format.

Email reports with exported Excel copy
It would be a nice feature to have reports scheduled to be emailed out and attach an exported Excel copy of said report defined by parameters.
For example a timesheet report between the 26th of the previous month to the 25th of the current month exported as and Excel spreadsheet and then emailed to desired recipient.

formatting code
Having the ability to paste code into a ticket reply or internal note would be immensely helpful. It would be nice to be able to paste code into my ticket notes and easily copy it for future use.
Could be implemented similarly to how Discord or Slack by surrounding the text with backticks
