Additional Billing Informations
The support told me there is no way to add extra Information to invoices. This is pretty bad, because I need to add legal details for a valid invoice here in germany.
Update:
It is apparently not possible to store payment information in an invoice. However, information about which account the payment should be made to is essential. Here too, a permissible outgoing invoice is not possible under German law. It really shouldn't be a hurdle to print this information! The ultimate solution would be simple e-payment via PayPal or photo transfer (via QR code).I don't want to be forced to export and use another solution like Xero etc. I wan't to be able to create a valid invoice for my customers.

Enhanced Security: Require Password Confirmation for Critical Actions Per Client
To improve security and limit the impact of compromised accounts, it would be highly beneficial to implement a per-client password confirmation mechanism. Technicians could freely view and consult agent data across clients, but any critical action — such as remote console access, file transfers, script execution, or administrative changes — would trigger a password prompt specific to that client. This additional layer of protection would help prevent unauthorized actions in case a technician account is compromised, and ensure sensitive operations are intentionally validated.

It's not smart to set a ticket frequency to a numbered day, because that are changing weekdays.
A schedule like "first tuesday", "second wednesday" or "last friday" would be much more important

Export easily Antivirus informations
Hello, is it possible to create a report about this or add this information in the API?
Today I want to check if BitDefender is installed on each agent and when I created a report with Atera, I got the list of computers with Bitdefender and saw that 150 agents are missing, but they don't have any other software. So I need to check which computers don't have BitDefender...
A report that exports every computer with the main antivirus would be useful or any other way to do it!
It would be nice to have this information via the API.Thanks in advance! :)

Improved Filtering and Sorting Options in Main User View
Would it be possible to add a "My Tickets" filter or the ability to filter by requester in the user view (for the main contact)?
Currently, they only have a list that is very difficult to sort/filter properly.
Similarly, the ability to sort by creation date and other criteria is very limited.

Show which custom fields are actively being used in a custom forms?
It would be nice to see what custom fields are actively being used by an existing custom form at a glance. For example if you try to delete a custom field I created,, you get a prompt that the field you are trying to delete is being used by a form. If we could see that in the "new field" windows when managing, deleting or creating new fields, we would know immediately. I also like to do clean up as maintenance and delte fields no longer in use. If I could see that "at a glance" that "Field A" is not tied to any form, I know I could just delte it if I choose to do so.

Possibility to manual deactivation of agents without deletion
It would be extremely helpful if Atera offered the opportunity to manually deactivate agents without deleting it completely from the system. There are often devices that are retired or temporarily inactive, but the data of which we still need for documentation or reporting purposes. At the moment, however, we only have the option of leaving them in the system, which means that they are still shown in reports and in patch management-which leads to confusion and unnecessary notifications.
Application:
Archiving: Devices that are no longer used actively are to be archived without being completely removed. In this way, historical data for audits or reports are retained.
Reduction of alarm flood: Disabled agents are to be removed from patch management and other automated monitoring processes in order to obtain a clearer presentation and less unnecessary warnings and notifications.
Flexible device management: Administrators could keep devices that may be reactivated again, keep it more easily in the system and, if necessary, take it back into active operation with minimal effort.
Expected functionality:A "disable" button in the agent settings that sets the agent on "inactive", so that it is hidden from monitoring and patch management views.
A filter or a category for deactivated devices that can be easily reactivated at any time.
Optional settings as to whether and which reports should continue to consider these deactivated devices.
The device management in Atera would consider this function considerably and ensure more clarity in daily work.Thank you for taking this suggestion into account!

Be able to modify Technician Performance Report
I have a "Technician Performance Report" for each Technician that i get monthly to review with each technician. The reports all come into my email as "our Atera 'Technician Performance' report is here". But it doesn't tell me what technician the report is for? So I have to click on every single email link "See report" to actually see which technician the report is for? I don't understand that.

Sequential Execution and Post-Reboot Resumption in IT Automation Profiles
Dear Atera Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
As we strive to automate repetitive IT tasks, I’ve been leveraging Atera’s IT Automation Profiles to streamline end-user device provisioning. While this feature has significantly improved our workflow, I’ve encountered a limitation that affects its full potential.
Scenario:
Our provisioning process includes steps like:- Reinstalling or formatting used devices (or setting up new ones).
- Renaming devices based on Asset Tags.
- Installing the Atera agent, which initiates IT Automation Profiles to perform tasks such as: Installing software bundles. Running scripts (e.g., adding devices to Active Directory).
Challenge:
If a script in the profile triggers a reboot (e.g., during domain joining), subsequent tasks in the IT Automation Profile don’t resume or execute as intended. This creates uncertainty about the state of the automation and whether tasks have been missed.Proposed Solution:
Introduce enhancements to IT Automation Profiles that include:Sequential Task Execution:
Ensure tasks execute in a specific order without interruption.Post-Reboot Resumption:
Allow profiles to resume where they left off after a reboot, minimizing manual intervention.Configurable Delays:
Include an option to define delay timers between tasks, especially for scenarios requiring reboots.
This feature would greatly enhance the reliability and efficiency of IT Automation Profiles, especially as we enter 2025 and focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
I believe this enhancement aligns with Atera’s vision of empowering IT professionals to work smarter, not harder.
Looking forward to your consideration and feedback.
