MacOS mass deploy through MDM (such as Intune).
I would like to be able to push out a client specific MacOS Atera Agent through an MDM such as Intune. Either through a script or a client specific Atera Agent. We could then push the .pkg through Intune. Right now, it's just a generic .pkg installer and the terminal command option does't appear to work as a script.

Technician email alerts from internal notes
The internal ticket notes system isn’t really a messaging system as it doesn’t alert the tech of an update. It would be great if Atera would send an email to the tech within this feature.

Linux agent doesn't work if SELinux is enabled. I've written a lot of Policies already in an attempt to get this to work, and after writing over 14, it seems like it may never end. Ideally, there needs to be a patch, plugin, module, or something to get it to work with SELiunx.

disable access to billing section.
Second time i post this, because it is unacceptable. Employers needs to have full Admin access because otherwise they cannot Add an KB Article.
I would like to have the billing tab hidden for employers.
When disabling the 'Full Admin Access' and Disabeling the 'Billing information'We have the following problems :
Option to Edit the Knowledge base is greyed out. (why?)
Option to add an new product in an 'Product and Expense' is not possible. (Action -> Product and Expenses -> Add -> + icon beside product)
not possible to delete tickets (not realy an problem)
The only thing i want, is that my employers cannot acces the billing infromation tab in the menu. The rest is okay.Friendly regards

It would be nice if Atera had traditional message boards for community access that are Atera monitored and community assisted, it would provide much better support for people who want to bounce and idea or question off users in similar environments. Facebook is ??okay?? but I've been watching for over a week and haven't seen a single new posting. A community support mechanism should have regular interactions between the support personnel and product users. If Atera doesn't want to support their own forums, Spiceworks.com already has an Atera vendor page and millions of technology enthusiasts who love helping other people. It's also been limiting my ability to truly test my ??full trial?? where I've spent at least 30 hours of personal time evaluating Atera when trial users don't even have access to the Facebook support page. If Atera wants their users to succeed, they need to provide the traditional tools that technolgy administrators use.

A report that will tell us how many devices have the helpdesk agent installed.
This will be ideal for admins who run the helpdesk agent script for all their customers. One will be able to see who all has the helpdesk agent installed.

Availability column should indicate how long offline
Availability column (in both Customers and Devices) should indicate how long a device has been offline. Lose the red or green bullet replace with red/green duration.

Sort IT Automation Profiles by Last Execution Time
I think it would be very useful to be able to sort IT Automation Profiles by last execution date. That would make troubleshooting automation profile bugs easier.

Registry Editor Enhancements
Need to be able to expand the window and/or columns when viewing the Registry Editor. Text is cut off and can't see things without doing a LOT of extra clicks and guessing to find out if I'm on the right entry or not.
Since the HKEYCURRENTUSER is not shown, have an easy way to tell the user which profile is the correct one under HKEY_USERS. This can possilbly be matched by automatically parsing the ProfileImagePath under each user at this location:
HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
If you can't automatically match this to the current logged in user, at least show a list of users and their corresponding ProfileList names so it can then manually be found under HKEY_USERS. Maybe at least have a "Fetch User Profile" button at the top of the Registry Editor window.

remove default ticket
Just a small thing. When creating a ticket, can we see a entire cascaded list of the Parent and sub parent values in one go in Product Type.
