  2. Windows Updates needs an overall, it's very confusing when you look at the updates as to which machine has or has not done the updates. When you look at the machine it's missing alot of updates.

  3. I want to be able to integrate applications like BeyondTrust or any other privilege management application into Atera. If a user needs elevated privileges to install a program, without admins having to remote in, I want a notification from the privilege app to be sent directly to Atera's Help Desk. I want to be able to communicate to the Customer through Atera to provide elevated privileges.

  4. Create the ability to have a multi select custom field and be able to filter a view on this. I'm currently using tags to accomplish this but the view filter can only use an AND operator. If you create the multi select custom field and allow the user to "Meet all of the following conditions" and "Meet any of the following conditions" as the filter option, THIS WOULD BE AWEOSME!

  5. When i view the customer list, the buttons are too large, it would be nice to be able to list my customers all on one page, instead of having to scroll to find the one i want.

  7. I would love to globally set my agents to only play sound on the remote machine and not on mine, and also to remove the splashtop printers as I don't need them. It would be useful to have both of these options configured as default for new agents also

  9. I would like a larger view of my open tickets. The Filter options minimize when I scroll all the way down, but I not before then. I would like a toggle button to hide the grayed out options under the Tickets / Tickets page. URL is https://app.atera.com/new/tickets

  11. I need to be able to do billing as soon as I complete a ticket in some instances, but I complete a ticket prior to my noon (12 pm) I am not able to see the ticket in the billing section. I can only put this down to TIME ZONE Differences. Same thing with all of my contracts, I have to wait until mid-day of the day they are due as they will not populate until then. This is supper annoying and needs to rectified immediately.

  12. I have various automations that I only want to apply to a specific vendor regardless of customer, or based on a specific custom field value. Currently we can only run automations on a customer at a customer level. We have achieved this in other RMM tools so would be good to see here too.
