Allow More White Label Options
Atera just updated their branding. The new logo looks great but now my custom white label options are ruined because nothing matching hot pink and I have no way of changing that.
Please allow us to customize some of the accent colors so we can continue using our custom white label UI.

Provide password management to our clients which can increase the value we offer — deploy and administer a modern password manager across all your clients.
Allow central management of SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password-based authentication across client organizations from a single admin console.
The biggest piece would be to allow Multi-tenant management that makes it simple to administer the password manager for multiple organizations.

Advanced IP Address Info (consolidated)
It would be useful to have a 'more' button next to the current external/internal IP address info for a device. This could show more advanced info, Subnet, Gateway, DHCP server, DNS etc.

Admin account without licence, licensing only for management.....
It is really annoying that there is no granularity in permissions.
I should be possible to be admin without licence just to manage the tenant wich is not possible now. Management roles and user end roles aren't separated levels.
Permissions should permit to create user profiles allowed to do everything except management such as changing licensing or viewing invoices wich concerns management not technicians. Payments method is saved so no control on bills
IMO Actual user management is lacking this VERY important nuance. Very urgent implementing this otherwise not suited for large/well structured companies140 votes -

Hypervisor monitoring and management
It would be nice if the Atera agent could discover and effectively manage hypervisors, as Hyper-V. That it detects the Hyper-V role installed, Virtual Machines running on each host, and show the statistics and status of all the VMs in almost real-time in the web console. Also, to be able to see the overall resource utilization like RAM, CPU, Disk, from the host side, so that we can confirm our virtualization host is going OK. Also later the ability to monitor and manage Hyper-V Clusters.

Different License Types
The ability to have different licenses for different types of employees. For an example a tech that is hired for helpdesk only does not need the Quickbooks integration. It would be nice to be able to hold the Growth license as the owner and the Pro license for the tech. It would also be beneficial to have a billing only license type for bookkeepers.

Customer Portal Should Include Assets
Have the customer portal show the assets for that customer. So when a customer logs in on the portal they could see and manage their assets including adding, updating, and deleting assets.

regedit
Make Regedit screen larger. When going deep into Regedit, you can no longer see or read the columns you are working on, the window is not adjustable either. Please make the screen larger or scalable, or even add a scroll bar would help.

Search - Custom fields
Search bar should be able to search agent by custome field value.

Change System & Tickets Date Format
Please add on the new feature update a possibility to change the system date format to have other format as default. We are exporting timesheet and the date format are set to US which does not work for us as we are in Australia. This is a must setting that you should be looking to implement.

User deletion
We have techs leaving and new ones coming in. There is no way for us to simply DELETE old accounts. If we want to keep our users database clean, we need to rename old accounts for new techs. And we've encountered issues with them being able to access those accounts once the user name was changed. There needs to be a way for us to clean-up our own users.
