Move search loading spinning icon
Simple, move the spinning icon when searching to the bottom of the page. Every search I do ends in me miss clicking because I move faster than your search runs. I search and the item I want is top of the list but as I click it the search finishes and moves the entire list!

Use case for us is we have a license purchased for a monitor in the office to view tickets.

Customer Alerts
Would love to add an alert or pop-up in a customer profile so when our techs try and create a ticket or perform work for a client, they are aware that the client is on service hold.

Have agent service notify management server that a shutdown is in progress
Assuming that heartbeats are sent both ways for machine availability, the server end is slow to recognize a computer is offline. This can make testing things like Wake on LAN very slow. If the client agent can somehow notify the server that a shutdown event was recorded and update the portal much sooner that would save a lot of time. Alternatively, decrease heartbeat interval times? Sometimes have to wait 5-10 minutes after shutting down a machine before the portal recognizes the device is offline.

Increase Atera Online Backup Retention Period
I would like the ability to increase the retention period for Atera Online Backups. At the moment I believe it is defaulted to only retaining the last 30 days. It would be nice if we could change that period on a monthly basis. For example the last three months would be a good start. Using archive points is not a suitable solution because it does not cull older backups and they will just grow and grow.

Implement a SSH webshell for accessing devices on networks.
It would be awesome if we could get a SSH webshell to access devices such as Cisco networking equipment from SNMP or just by specifying DNS/IP info. It could use a specified agent to execute the function.

So A practical example is MS released a preview patch this week and I exclude Preview patches from my customers but in the compliance reports it shows not compliant die to that patch not being installed.

block contract rollover
I would like the block contract rollover to only rollover hours for the last month rather than from the start of the contract. When I run a block contract report the hours for one that has been for 2 years have kept accumulating for the 2 year period which is not feasible at all.

Go Back button under Customer
Go Back button under Customer. If I am under a specific customer and I want to go to all my customers' list, I need to click back on the search engine rather than a "back" button in Atera.
