  1. Before editing an article, allow to select a section and then only show articles from that section.
    The dropdown list is getting tediously long now and it's harder to find the correct entry.

    For example :

    Customer 1 contract :
    - 365 : 10€ / u
    - Server: 50€/month

  5. Currently, in the "Agents" section we cannot select ALL customers when specifing setting filters. Sometimes we need to select all customers EXCEPT some of them and this is not possible.
    So, add an option to select ALL customers

  6. Would like to give technicians full permissions to specific customers, don't wan't to assign "full admin access".

    Things like create folder, add computers to folders does not work if you haven't assigned "full admin access"

  9. For specific kinds of maintenance we need to be able to suspend alerts on a wide range of devices for up to 48 hours. Right now, it is a very tedious process to suspend alerts and it's only possible to suspend them for up to 5 hours.

    Please offer more options for suspending alerts, as this feature is vital for maintenance work.

  10. The patch history of devices shows some updates which are applied but not all. Support told me that getting updates over WUA API only shows updates which are still on the update servers.

    Problem now is that you cannot be sure which updates are applied to the servers because the updates suddenly disappear from the history. So you have no overview which patches are applied.

  11. When emailing Atera helpdesk make it so that if we put a #Site Name and ##Assigned to it will automatically populate the fields. Such as assigned to, Site Name.

  12. Download section in Portal with same features as KnowledgeBase.. Posts in download could be externals for now.. later integration to OneDrive, DropBox, etc.. Option for "For internal use only (Hides downloads from customers)" just same as Knowledgebase"..

  13. Export invoice batch to PDF. Now we have to open each invoice and select 'create PDF'. We want to select multiple invoices at one and export to PDF. Or trough Export invoices screen.

  14. Right now the options in Atera for handling inbound email are to only create tickets for known contacts or to create contacts when emails come in. A 3rd option would help things a ton if we could say to only create contacts, if the email domain is one listed on a customer.

  17. I can't find the ability to connect to an SNMP agentless device thru its own management interface (like http or telnet).

  20. Github integration for scripts to load this from public or private repositories. This way, other users can also comment / issues / version releases / pull request on scripts. Currently, scripts are checked before they are executed, in the event of errors you cannot give feedback or other users cannot see any feedback on scripting.
