Disable forced 2FA
Most of us are IT Professionals and we don't need Atera telling us how to do our jobs, we can come up with some pretty interesting passwords. We don't need FORCED 2FA. I like that it is an option but should not be forced on your users, we are paying for this software, we should be able to use it as we wish and we accept responsibility if we mess up. I have left other vendors for the same thing I really don't want to leave Atera.

Dynamic (filtered) folders
Allow creating of folders based in filtered criteria (e.g. servers).
This way we don't have to remember to manually add new servers to the folder that is getting server based automation.

make contact billable (e.g. make contact a tickable customer)
Allow Contact to be Billable as well as Customers.
We have a lot of home users and I'd like to be able to bill them without setting up a customer for each.
I'd like to have a container for cash/adhoc customers (using unassigned currently)

Customers sometimes have a brand name that is different than the actual company name. Our support agents know the client by the brand names. A custom field can be created, however it is now searchable.
Marking the custom fields searchable in the customer search bar will improve efficiency.

Disable refreshing back to Dashboard
New version automatically refreshes back to Dashboard every few seconds. I primarily remain on the Devices tab, as I almost exclusively use Atera to connect to remote computers. However, now, I can't even scroll for a few seconds in Devices without Atera refreshing back to the Dashboard, interrupting my work. Please disable this "feature" or include a setting to allow disabling by admins.

I would like to be able to run scripts on a schedule of minutes. Currently the best frequency available is days.

Order of operations for actions in an IT Automation
When having multiple software bundles, scripts, etc in a single IT Automation, it would be very helpful to be able to assign the order that the actions are performed.

Ignore office updates
Sometimes we do not wish to push out Office updates at the same time as Windows updates. It would handy to have a checkbox that allows you to either enable or disable ALL Office updates from an automation policy.

Work From Home Feature Requests:
- Password management:
When we are setting up a user account, we should be able to verify the password after so we can avoid human error.
- More than 1 user account for WFH access
This has been a secondary feature with our previous RMMs. If two users are setup on one device, they can only access that device via one mobile for MFA. This results in the user having to rely on another user's mobile number in order to access the account which is a major inconvenience if they can't gain access to that phone.
It would be really helpful if we could assign two users an account each with two separate mobile numbers so neither is relying on the other user to be available to request the code for access. As things stand, the setup we have isn't viable as we constantly have to change the mobile number in question.
- User invitation
Rather than forwarding on the email/password to the customer once the device has been setup for WFH - which presents its own security issues - it would be better if the user got an automated invite to Work From Home where they can be empowered to set their own secure password.
The remote access software is working so much better than our former provider, but I feel that - compared to our other RMM experiences - the above feature requests were second nature.
As good as your system has been + your level of care being very responsive - these are disappointing shortcomings and it's difficult to explain this to the customer given how these lack of features never entered our space in the past.
Hoping this can be considered.

Centralised User Directory for Technicians: I onboard and offboard talent, I am having to go to the Atera site to manage technicians instead of going to a centralized user directory where I can deprecate users.

Report Dashboard for clients: we can't present our activity well to our clients. We need a client Dashboard, that they can check out at any time. All other RMMS do that. Access for them to check out the dashboard.

Deep Calendar integration
for a more integrated calendar view, or true calendar\time log sync to help our technicians more fully and accurately document their time? A perfect integration in my view would be sync between a Google Calendar and Atera time entries, visually showing technicians where they have forgotten to add time, or showing their manager where the time needs to be adjusted.

Option for marking Regular Desktops as servers
I have a few smaller customers that don't have real servers and use a workstation with Windows OS not server OS and I would like to monitor them as servers and have them listed as servers not workstations in the dashboard.

Scheduled Report Notificaion Email Subject
Scheduled Report Email Subject should Include the name we provide for the Scheduled report instead of "Your Atera ‘Patch Status Summary’ report is here" should be something like "Your Atera 'MY Report Name' report is here" that would make the email notificaion much more useful. it would also be nice to have it in the Body of the email too.
