process user logged
Allow for process monitoring only when a user is logged in.
Monitoring for a process like onedrive.exe will always fail if no user is logged on and then generate an unnecessary error alert.

This would be huge for us if the process monitoring for apps like OneDrive (that only start once the user logs in) could be configured to only create an alert if OneDrive is not running after the user logs in).
Can't currently configure this alert or every machine that is on with no logged in users will trigger the alert.
Also, it seems like the alerts do not go away once the user logs in and OneDrive IS running on Windows machines. Weirdly, on MacOS, the alerts do seem to go away once the user logs in and OneDrive is running.
