  1. Add true "device name" column option so that we can list devices by both Atera/friendly name and the PC name.

    I renamed a computer in Atera to be more easily identified, but the devices table only shows the custom name. It would be helpful to have them side by side.

  2. It would be great to deploy Coro Protection with all necessary permissions to both Windows and Mac devices. Coro is an up-and-coming Cybersecurity Platform that may be a good partner fit for Atera since it is one of the most affordable but effective platforms on the market.

    A distribution solution for Coro that includes the activation of necessary permisions, run at start, and removal of existing security app would be great.

  3. When deploying a MSI file through Atera using IT Automations, I need an option where Atera checks if the software isn't already installed before deploying it. I'm currently forced to update all of my servers everyday whether it's needed or not.

  4. Have 2 thresholds for a single company, but have the ability to treat tickets from one threshold differently to another. Ie state the name of the threshold profile and act accordingly.

    We want to do this to treat tickets from a new subset of servers differently to the existing servers.

  5. When someone creates a ticket via email and cc's someone else, the other person usually replies back and we then have a second ticket created with RE: or FW: infront of the subject line, as the cc'd person did not receive the ticket created response with ticket # etc. there should be a way to have the system automatically detect this and merge it into the correct ticket

  6. Here's an idea to enhance automation:

    Idea: Implement a Copilot/Autopilot Feature that automatically closes alerts if resolved or creates critical tickets if unresolved. This feature would streamline alert management, reduce manual intervention, and improve response times for critical issues.

  8. Please make it possible for a user to turn off all the AI guff it keeps suggesting. This is not something I will ever use, I find the whole concept abhorrent and apart from which, I like my job, I don't want the computer to be doing it for me and getting it wrong.

  9. More granular permission needed.
    We need full access permissions ticked in order to have access to thresholds and alert management but we need to be able to uncheck 'billing' as we don't want out techs to have full billing permissions.
    There is no other way to give threshold and alerting permission apart from ticking 'full admin'

  11. The reports for patch status and patch deploy does not include 3rd party software status. This is a super essential and not sure why this is not already implemented years ago. We aren't atera users but considering atera but many basics things are missing in atera and a let down

  14. I would like to be able to disable the automatic reconnect if you close your browser without logging out first. With the recent discovery that hackers can steal session cookies to bypass credentiails and mfa this is a huge vulnerability. We just had a client have their session credentials stolen and the hacker was able to access sites which normally require mfa. If this had been a computer with Atera they would have had access to all our clients computers/servers/info

    The knowledge base configuration is not optimal.
    Wouldn't a knowledge base directly in the customer tab be better? This would allow you to see all the customer's information directly in his file, rather than searching in the database where everything is mixed up.

  16. To be able to display custom fields directly in the dashboard of the "Devices" view (and the Customer Devices view). This would simplify device search and management, by offering a dynamic, instantaneous view of the data in question, without having to generate an auditor's report (which can be a long operation for fleets of 300 or more devices).

  18. Automatically enabe "restore points" since they ae not enabled by default in Windows 11. Then, create a new restore point every month for all drives. Delete older restore points if drive capacity becomes an issue.

  19. Please provide support for pictures in Quick Reply section for signatures. When I insert my signature on my mobile app it simply doesn’t appear.

    Also in the settings, a separate personal signature section would be appreciated like that which is found in My Profile > Personal Signature on Atera Desktop App! Also adding support for pictures (logos) here too

  20. It would be excellent to be able to add a contact without an e-mail address, we have plenty of clients who have staff who shared e-mail addresses so we can't actually create contacts for each staff member in these instances which is a bit annoying.
