Show the requester name on New ticket notification
Enhanced notifications could provide more clarity. Displaying the requester's name would be a valuable improvement. This would allow for quicker identification of the notification's source. A personalized approach often leads to a more efficient workflow. Thank you for considering this helpful suggestion.

PC Log Analysis using AI
Currently, I have to remote connect to a PC to export the Application and Security logs to a CSV file. Then, I upload these CSV files into ChatGPT (or another AI system) for them to read and let me know if there is a problem with the PC and how to repair it. Atera has no way to export the log files; it can only view them.
It would be great if Atera could have an "AI Analyze" function. With one press, the AI would automatically read all the log files from a PC and report any issues and how to fix them. This would greatly reduce repair time.Currently, I have to remote connect to a PC to export the Application and Security logs to a CSV file. Integration of the Enpass Manager on a user and MSP basis.
This makes it possible to retrieve personal passwords and centrally manage those provided by the company.1 vote -
Exclude Clients from Patch Management Portal
We have some clients that don't want any patch management. This is fine as we can exclude their devices from any Automation / Patching profiles. However, their devices still populate the new Patch Management portal.
It would be ideal to be able to exclude clients, folders, or individual machines from the Patch Management portal. This would give a more accurate number of machines requiring patches etc.

Splitting a customer response into a new ticket
If a customer emails in, and also asks another query that's different from the original request, the response can also be split into a new ticket with a different ID (but linked to original)

file transfer
Ability to transfer whole folders both ways would speed things up a lot. My beard grows long when doing anything with Atera's file transfer utility.

Scheduled ticket for users
It would be great if users could create scheduled tickets themselves.
For example: "I'm going on vacation, and when I return, we’ll need to handle this specific topic together" or "A user will be leaving the company on a specific future date."Currently, we have to create these tickets for them, which is time-consuming.
Also, when we do it, users don’t see the ticket in their own list, so it’s hard for them to know whether a task has actually been scheduled or not.1 vote -
I think it would be usefull to have the Patching Status exclude agents that do not have a an Automation Profile attached.
I think it would be usefull to have the Patching Status exclude agents that do not have a an Automation Profile attached. I have lots of agents where the end user does not want to pay for device management so I don't apply any automation to the agents.

taking treshold item name as alert title
alert titles are often irrritating
I create a treshold item for the device uptime and named it "no restart for about 60 days"
But the resulting alert is named "Geräteverfügbarkeit" what means device availability. That looks like the device is offlineI create a trtehold item with eventlog scan for events about source "BackupAssist" and named it "Backup Assist warning/error"
But the resulting alert ist named something like "Eventlog: Application | Ereignis-ID: 11707It would be much more clear, if the alert gets titled by the name of the triggering treshold item.

Removal of Copilot Column in Devices View
Hi everyone,
I understand the introduction of the AI Copilot feature and the desire to highlight its benefits to users. However, I am currently not planning to activate the subscription right away and would prefer to save screen real estate by removing the Copilot column from my Devices view.
It appears that this column is hardcoded into the interface. Could you please provide an option to either uncheck this column for users who haven't activated the feature?
Thanks for considering this request!

Alphabetized Tags
Nitpick but also QoL, been using the tags on my own tickets to tag them appropriately, and the filter works like a charm, but it would be nice if the tags were alphabetized when displayed in the filter section

Allow Python Scripts
It would be a great help if we could create and send Python scripts, instead of only cmd, ps1 and bash.
A use case would be working with SentinalOne's API (Or any API for that matter) in order to transfer ownership between accounts.
At times, we require the endpoint itself to communicate with the API, and this is done mainly with Python1 vote -
transferring data from a device
If the user's device changes, it would be great to be able to transfer passwords, attachments and notes from one device to another without having to re-enter everything manually, which would save a lot of time.
