Add Last Logged User to Software Inventory Report
Please add a column for Last Logged User to the default output of the Software Inventory Report for detailed excel export in the Devices tab.
Right now, I have to export a detailed excel report then go into the customer profile to see the last logged user and manually add them. It is very time consuming, especially if several different software changes were made to several machines between report runs. Having this column added by default would make it alot faster.
This is my very specific request.

Automate Billing
PSA: automate all of our 365 billable customers, our back up. Nice for Atera to bill that automatically every month. Keeps up with the # of subscription as we change that

A means to handle separate locations
It would be nice to have a means of handling locations within a specified client. Creating a separate client per location will eventually become cumbersome. As it stands, we can create separate folders for the devices at different location, but a more elegant solution would be welcomed.

Knowledge Base Customization
Please allow us to have specific contacts access to either the Category, Section, or Article level. A client with access to only a Category is not specific enough for the Knowledge Base.
I have a client that is the owner of a few companies. I want him to be able to see all the data (For internal use or not) for all the companies, but I don't want everyone else in the companies to be able to see that data.

Filter devices by "Model"
It is quite crucial to add an option to filter devices by "Model".
That would help inventory counts a lot.I know it is possible with "Vendor" but for me, and I assume for many others, "Model" would really help.
I assume that would be like a few lines of code for the developers since the function already exists, just add it for "Model".

once you enter creds for a customer, have an option to apply those creds to all devices being used for a network discovery
once you enter creds for a customer, have an option to apply those creds to all devices being used for a network discovery. right now we have to enter the username and password for each (ex: domain controller) that the customer has in order to start the network discovery for each.

Remove Item or Add New item to Multiple or all Thresholds at one time
Just as the tile reads it would be really really helpful to be able to remove items or add new ones to all or multiple thresholds at once.
I actually just came across myself having to go to each and every threshold to remove a singe service check from each one. Very time consuming.
Not to mention adding a new check to all or just some and maybe having a check with settings that have to be duplicated each and every time for every threshold.
I think this is a must have to make our workflow productive. The way it is now is not productive especially for someone just setting up the system and tweaking it.

When on a ticket, it'd be a good idea to pause a ticket than outright stop it.

I want to be able to set a 'last seen' threshold as a filter in the Devices view.
Right now, I can sort by all online, or all devices. I want to be able to see all recent devices while excluding retired or seldom-used ones (for example, when reporting on patching).
I also want to be able to sort by last seen, to be able to locate the oldest device records and modify or update as necessary.

Select and run multiple scripts at once
Hello, could you consider the idea to improve deployment of scripts, maybe permitting to choose more than one script at one time? Could be useful selecting more scripts and let them run one after another just like the install in the Software Bundles.

Annouments Board in Customer Portal
At our prevouis company we used manage engine and then the end user login to the portal if there where any annouments you could see this on the landing page within your own portal ... such as new there is a virus outbreak or there will be maintenance on the following server and you will expect downtime. can this be done already and if not will be a great update within Atera and I miss this option as an admin to just update this under a customer site for an annouments as at present i have to email all parties. notmally a user when there is a problem logins to there portal via the agent to log a support request and then can see the annouments and this could be the problem his logging.
What are you thoughs to have an annoument page in the end user portal.

Report to display all ticket information for a customer with no billing to send direct to customer
A report to display the below for a customer
1. How many tickets that was opened during a period
2. Type of ticket that was opened for example incident, request or change etc
3. Type of ticked example email or phone
4. Product example backup, security, the ones you create under Product Family

In the IP Whitelisting area, need to have a comment field next to each whitelisted IP. With security being critical, I would like to know in a single view the reason each of the whitelisted IPs was whitelisted in the first place.
Is it a regular internet interface from the organization?
Is it the IP of one of my IT technician's home IP address that is working from home and needs access?
Is it the IP of a remote vendor that might need temporary access?
etc. etc. etc.Being able to annotate WHY I created the IP Whitelist is critical.
