Startup Automation
The ability to run scripts or automation processes on system start or user login would be amazing. For example, running a script on a system to fix an issue that reoccurs on startup.

Do not alert for scheduled reboots
If an automation calls for a scheduled reboot, the alert system should not alert "machine status unknown" right away. In these instances, it should wait some time (like 20-30 minutes) before alerting. 99% of the time, no alert should occur. If updates fail or a server doesn't come back up after a reboot, an alert should occur since the 20-30 minutes have elapsed.

App Versioning Patch Management
Add a feature to manage app versions for updates/patch management. You should be able to choose what version level you want for a particular application. This way patch automation will automatically exclude the app if a new version is available.

AI utilization for troubleshooting
Is it possible if the user starts a support chat and AI replay accordingly to troubleshoot the issue by running predefined scripts authorized by administrators. For example, if the user says his computer is running slow, AI must check the hardware utilization and accordingly run the script to fix the issue. If the issue persists, it should connect the user to a technician.

It would be great if there was a way to have the agent do a internet bandwidth speed test every 4 hours or something, or even a way to run one manually and have it display on the portal for the agent.

Contract Billing Period display in Quickbooks Online
There does not seem to be a way for the Billing period information for a contract to be exported to Quickbooks, if for some reason, monthly billing has been slow going out, depending on the timing of the contracts, a client may get two bills for two different periods. But without that information displaying on the invoice in quickbooks online, it creates confusion for the client.

Undo Send Email
A timer to click Undo when sending an Send Email (similar to Gmail). A 10 or 15 second timer where you can quickly undo the sending of an email when you accidently send a note instead of an email or send a partially complete email would be very helpful.

Automate responses and automatic closures if a customer does not respond
Create a possibility to send an email to the customer depending on the duration of inactivity of a ticket.
If the ticket is waiting for a response from the customer for more than x days, then the system will automatically send an email (predefined template in the settings) to the customer and change the ticket status to closed or resolved2 votes -
Ability to bill time entries rather than entire ticket
Bill time entries rather than tickets: Be better if we could say: billed tickets that have not been closed and then we could bill to date. Whether the time entries has been billed or not. Being able to flag which ones have been built. Has it been invoiced yes or no. You will bill the time entries and not the ticket. You want to link the billing to the time entries and not the ticket.

run scripts via API
Could it be possible to run a script against an API.
We use a 3rd party helpdesk it will be good to use the helpdesk to call the API to run a sctipt. The 3rd party desk already grabs the machine details you see so we would like to run a script against it
