Would be nice to have tickets fed in to slack channel when a new tickets is opened.

Legacy OS Agent
Please provide an option for a legacy OS agent. even if that agent doesn't have all the capabilities of the current agent, it would be nice to have some limited features and monitoring for our Servers that are in a static configuration and cannot be upgraded.

Would like to be able to report user activity.
We have lots of remote employees and would like to know if they are exactly working. I would like to be able to report one a single user or compare the entire company.

Company Wide Policies
We have moved from Ninja to Atera and the difference in Policies is a bit disappointing.
With Ninja we could have company wide policies applied to "Servers" or "Workstations" and a Mac, Windows and Linux option.
However, we don't seem to have an option like that with Atera, instead we have to make sure to manually apply server polices to servers and workstation policies to workstations.
Each Policy would also give us the option to setup alerts and scheduled tasks/script which doesn't seem to be in Atera.
For example, we have a 2 main policies set for all servers. "Scheduled Reboot" and "Restart Backup Services". We need to remember to apply both these policies to any servers we add to Atera.
It would be much simplier to be able to have a "Company Policy" and each policy we could add multiple scripts at different schedules, custom alerts etc which we can apply to a company.

Remind Users to Leave Teir Devices On at Night On Patch Day
It would be useful to display a pop up on logged in users' devices reminding to leave their devices turned on, on the night you are pushing out your patches.

customise message sent after customer signs.
"Signature Attached" isn't all that helpful or meaningful to the customer - being able to provide a declaration - "I confirm that the work completed is to my satisfaction" for example would be much more helpful and meaningful.

- One is to incorporate a password on the agent so people cannot accidently or purposely shut down the agent or uninstall because they are not sure what it is!
- Expand the White Label branding so it also allows customizing or generically displaying the install program name and folder name, as well as in the Apps and Add Remove Program Files. Instead of “Atera” under Program Files or Program Files (x86), or the Apps and Add Remove Program files use something like “RmmAgent” or “MSPcompanynameagent” The reason is customers see the Atera program and decide they do not know it and uninstall it or go into panic mode. If it was the MSP’s company name they would at least recognize it. We think this would very beneficial to both MSP’s and in house IT departments.

File and directory monitoring. The ability to monitor if a file was created,deleted or renamed in a specific directory and receive an alert.

patch approval notification
Great tool!!
But it is a lot of manual work to go and check if there are new patches postponed and waiting for review. It will be great to have any kind of notification- an email? alert? So we'll know we need to go there and check it out.1 vote -
Agent Health Report
The report itself is great, however if I am to show this to a client, and they ask what all the alerts raised were, how am I to know? How am I to know which devices to prioritise installing more memory for? The CPU & Memory Data section is just messy when more than say 5 devices are selected.
If an MSP is to use this to make money, the product needs to be able to identify where this money can be made. A great & simple report idea would be to be able to select a date range, devices and their average memory usage over 24hrs, 1 week and 1 month. We can already see this and Atera already collects it, but you have to go into each individual device.
The reporting on Atera appears to be severely lacking, and it's not fair that certain new reports (and features) are locked behind a paywall.

Online device
Online device: Activity in metrics before the device is online – there is still an unnecessary delay of up to 3 minutes before atera marks a machine as “online” even though you can see from the metrics screen that it knew it was alive 3 minutes prior to that and capturing data – so why can it not mark the machine as online straight away – this leaves the caller wating on the phone line for a further 3 minutes before after the machine has been turned on/rebooted/joined to the wifi/ before we can remote control their machine using splashtop. Which is a very frustrating waste of time

Individual contact notes and contanct/customer schedule entry
Although potentially niche, it would be nice to have individual contact notes to document things like hours, work days, multiple positions, position changes, what the contact manages for larger companies, typical problems, the list is very large. Having a general note area that looks neat would be extremely useful for providing the fastest and best service. A easy to edit availability schedule for calls or in office times to troubleshoot hardware would be extremely beneficial to help plan out the day.

MacOS mass deploy through MDM (such as Intune).
I would like to be able to push out a client specific MacOS Atera Agent through an MDM such as Intune. Either through a script or a client specific Atera Agent. We could then push the .pkg through Intune. Right now, it's just a generic .pkg installer and the terminal command option does't appear to work as a script.

Technician email alerts from internal notes
The internal ticket notes system isn’t really a messaging system as it doesn’t alert the tech of an update. It would be great if Atera would send an email to the tech within this feature.

Linux agent doesn't work if SELinux is enabled. I've written a lot of Policies already in an attempt to get this to work, and after writing over 14, it seems like it may never end. Ideally, there needs to be a patch, plugin, module, or something to get it to work with SELiunx.

disable access to billing section.
Second time i post this, because it is unacceptable. Employers needs to have full Admin access because otherwise they cannot Add an KB Article.
I would like to have the billing tab hidden for employers.
When disabling the 'Full Admin Access' and Disabeling the 'Billing information'We have the following problems :
Option to Edit the Knowledge base is greyed out. (why?)
Option to add an new product in an 'Product and Expense' is not possible. (Action -> Product and Expenses -> Add -> + icon beside product)
not possible to delete tickets (not realy an problem)
The only thing i want, is that my employers cannot acces the billing infromation tab in the menu. The rest is okay.Friendly regards
