variable CPU temp thresholds depending on CPU Types and Specs
Some CPU can work at much higher temperatures than others and therefore it would be great to have High CPU alerts that changes according to what type of CPU are in the endpoint. For example, I believe that the max CPU temp for Intel Core i5-4670K is around 72°C but for a Intel Core i5-7600K it's 100°C. I would like the alert for high CPU temp to not trigger if a i5-7600K runs at 85C but would like for it to be triggered for a i5-4670K if it runs at 80C... Thanks

Advanced Reports, Add "Agent Custom Fields"
Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. I have noticed that you are not allowed to add Agent "Custom Fields" that are specific to the agent. It would make sense that this information is available within the report options.

Ability to add New Ranks to list
When we add a customer, there are only 3 ranks. Gold, Silver and Block. We have 4 different names for our clients. But we can't use them in Atera.
Can you make the possible for us to add different ranks for each customer.
It will make it easier when a tech looks to know what lever of support that customer gets.Right now its useless, you give 2 ranks and blocked.

Remote Connection Report
Provide a Remote Connection report to show dates, times and duration of a remote connection. This is highly valuable to demonstrate remote actions to clients and justify MSP services and value. Also to potentially include remote worker reporting for add-on billing of the service.

Offline Agent Change Interval
Offline agent Alert: When a machine goes offline, rebooted or something, we get a lot of tickets going offline. We get a 3 dozen tickets and even though they might not be. would be nice to choose the interval of how long a device is offline before sending alerts.

Annually subscription Atera has to have to option to be payed monthly
€119,- euro a technician is to expensive for the limitions Atera has.
For this price there are other alternatives.€99,- a month is fine, Subscription for 1 year also fine. but it has to have to option to be payed monthly.

Device check in missed notifications.
It would be helpful to be able to trigger an alert if a device hasn't checked in for a period of time.
E.g., if a laptop has been offline form more that 10 days it may be worth triggering and alert to make sure the agent is installed and functioning correctly. Currently this requires a manual check.

Device / User use history
It would be very useful to be able to pull up a report per device on who has logged on to it over a timeframe. I.e. show all logon / logoff events over past week / day for a specific laptop.

bit locker
Include bitlocker status and possibly the encryption key in either the autditor report or disk information report. This is an important bit of information that needs to be monitored and despite the fact that Atera monitors it, that information is not provided in any of the pre-canned reports. Including this information would provide important security information for administrators.
