Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We recognize this is an important request in IT, however we won't be implementing this idea in the immediate future, it has been added to our list for future consideration.

    Remote lock, unlock, wipe, GPS location, and Splashtop remote connection capability, please. If you are feeling particularly adventurous app and update management as well for android and apple devices.

    This would take Atera to the next level. I am new to the interface. Coming from Connectwise. Not all the bells and whistles, but so much simpler and more intuitive.

    A lot of these comments are great! What I haven't seen requested is the ability to create Profiles. Mainly used in Apple iOS devices, a Management Profile allows us to install applications, and when removed, it removes only Profile related applications and settings. This would mainly be used in a BYOD environment. Good for Laptops and Mobile Devices. Thanks!

    Ability to remote in via splashtop, some basic MDM features, remote unlock, wipe, locate, etc.

    Chrombook Remote Support would be helpfull. It would expand the usage of Atera with at least 50% (Atera Users) in our company. I think 80% of educational customers are using Chromebooks.

    For iOS devices, would like to be able to set Atera as the MDM server for fast setup of new devices, and push profiles to hosts. Would be great if we could customize profiles in Atera itself, but even pushing those created from ProfileCreator would be very useful.

    The ability to view screen would be a good starting point.
    Even better would be ability to remote lock and wipe, location, and force a passcode/complexity.

    Even further would be a full solution including tracking, policies, app deployment, security settings, geolocking etc. Although this may be beyond scope of Atera or justify an add-on cost for 'full' MDM.

    Our Union uses Multiple mobile devices managed by IT, a company cell phone as well as an ipad for most of our employees that we need the ability to manage. having it through atera would be a HUGE help. would give you guys a HUGE selling point as MDM is a must have for most IT teams in todays world.

    All remote Management things - even a simple Geo Location to work out where the device is in case its lost or removed.
    With most of the Workforce we have changing to Working From Home it makes finding these quite hard.

    Remote access via Splashtop.
    Splashtop does offer this, I am getting it separately, would be nice to roll everything into one platform.
