This would be useful for things like new starter/leaver processes or other recurring tasks. Would be ideal if we can create templates that add certain checklists based on ticket type we could choose.
Adding ticket templates that auto-create standard checklists would make this very useful.

The ability to view screen would be a good starting point.
Even better would be ability to remote lock and wipe, location, and force a passcode/complexity.Even further would be a full solution including tracking, policies, app deployment, security settings, geolocking etc. Although this may be beyond scope of Atera or justify an add-on cost for 'full' MDM.

This is essential working with computers in controlled environments.
It should also log that a prompt appeared, and that the user accepted it so this can be audited later if needed.
