Have a Silent Ticket as a Default
Silent ticket: have that option as a default already, with the option to un-tick it to be able to send an email to the client.

Script feedback when running a cleanup automation
I would like to request that the script location be changed from WINDOWS/TEMP to possibly the Atera folder, or some other location. This way when we run a cleanup automation that includes the WINDOWS/TEMP folder in the script, the file does not get deleted during the process, giving a -1 error on the automation report as failed. The script is being deleted during the process causing this issue. Script is placed in the WINDOWS/TEMP folder right before the automation runs.

Mobile App
Comes from customer - > A VIP 10 seater - Mobile app doesn't give the customers technicians enough access to Atera, allowing a technician on the road to actually manage tickets and deal with issues, it is not an app really it is a clone of the website and works terribly.

Customer service chat that go directly to feature request
If I contact customer service asking for a help and the process does not exist, there should be a button for the agent to submit the request on your behalf. Much more likely just to find a tool that has what we need.

Helpdesk Phone Center
Helpdesk center functionality: provide a number that users can call. Just for urgent issues they don’t have a way to contact if it's urgent, if they don’t have internet or have access to a computer.

SNMP Context Names
Some consumer devices support SNMPv3, but dont allow users the ability to change or blank the "Context Name" option.
Since there is no option to define a Context Name in Atera, its impossible to use SNMPv3 with these devices. Please add the option to define a context name so the latest security standards can be used.1 vote -

Add flat rate to products/expenses discount rather than just a percentage
Currently we can only apply a discount using a percentage when invoicing using products & expenses.
Please add a flat rate discount per unit option.
Simple example: Software Expense for $95 but we quote $12.50 discount per licence. Easier to add in discount of $12.50 per unit rather than figure out the percentage. Just makes it more fool proof for technicians rather than having to use a calculator.

Allow negative numbers in "Extra Value (Numeric)" for Password entries
There is a "Extra Value (Numeric)" field for password entries.

Id like to be able to install software on the Microsoft Store. Specifically, I need HEIF Image Extensions to be able to push to all users. But Being able to include anything from the MS store would be amazing.

Email parsing
There were a few other ideas similar to this, but none matched what I was thinking. I would like the have incoming email rules for emails. WE can create rules based on Sender Email, Subject, and Body. i.e. I get emails from various backups solutions. I would love to be able to say "Subject Like '%success%' then...
