It's quite frustrating for a technician not to be able to open Atera on more than one workstation simultaneouslyIt's quite frustrating for a technician not to be able to open Atera on more than one workstation simultaneously. It would be nice to be able to open Atera on at least two workstations in one session, without having to disconnect from the first one each time. Let me explain: I have to go from my office workstation to my workstation in the workshop several times a day, and each time I have to close the first workstation for Atera to work properly, then reopen it when I come back. 29 votes

Add the feature to move back to a previous pageIt would be a great feature to allow us to move back to a previous page. Let say you're in the customer view/page and you have selected the wrong customer. Currently you'll need to select on the main option Customer on the side bar to view your list of customers to start over. SNMP - Add ability to bulk delete OID's from a device.If you import a large SNMP template and want to delete unnecessary OID's, you have to delete one by one, confirming the 'yes' prompt every OID.  It could be usefull for an MSP to have a possibility to schedule automatic cleanups of alerts based on specific filters.
 An example:

Should be able to add any view already in Atera, such as device views, ticket views, etc. So you could also have a ticket widget that is a breakdown per customer, devices per customer, devices in a patched, not patched status etc. 15 votes

Display EDR software under securityWould be helpful to see if an EDR software such as Huntress, Sentinel One, etc. is installed in the security area of a managed computer. Tree View Organization of DevicesIt would be much more neater for the "Device" tab you guys chnaged the Web GUI to have company treeview of devices. Then from there the devices organized into folder. High level you are greeted with companies then expand to organized folders such as Tech defined AD Servers, Database Servers, Sales Desktops, Sales Laptop That way for cleaner and simpler access to the computers you need without needing to create 100s of save views. 12 votes

services (with all components) in the dashboardToday we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server. Show when another engineer is in a ticketIt would be useful to see when another engineer is looking at the same ticket as you, and potentially even show when they are typing. This prevents replying to the customer twice and potentially confusing them if someone has already done the work/replied. I have seen this feature in other helpdesks such as FreshDesk, for those who have remote workers this would be very useful 11 votes
