  2. The following article describes how to delete an atera agent:
    https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/234734168-Delete-an-Atera-agent.

    One part explains:
    "Deleting the Atera agent while the endpoint is online will send an uninstall command to the endpoint."

    It would be great if this worked the other way around as well, creating a perfect sync between dashboard and real life installation status on the endpoints.

    Scenario:
    User uninstalls Atera Agent manually from its endpoint. Atera Dashboard removes the Agent or highlights it with a label like "Uninstalled".

    This would give us administrators a better overview of the clients and represent the true status on the reports…

  4. Hi, would it be possible to implement the ability to create and save multiple types of dashboards?

    Among the interesting things, it would be wonderful to have the customer pointer on the map with green, orange, red coloring based on the criticality of the problems detected for each customer.

  5. Can we have a larger logo on the customer portal please? We're currently scrunched down into a 32px logo with unnecessary padding added to the logo image (source image doesn't have padding added). Without the added padding our logo could be 90px high and properly viewable instead of the tiny blob it is now.

  10. Atera Case #443782 Allow disabling 'details view' window
    The 'details view' window which appears on hover over on multiple screens (i.e. devices, tickets etc.) is hindering us from being efficient with our work. Please allow this to be disabled as a customization per customer/technician.

  11. Like "Availability Monitoring" but with No Notifications.

    Just a simple Widget like Availability Monitoring that shows how many computers are online and how many computers are offline including if it is a Server, PC, Mac, Linux exactly the same widget, Just no Notifications.

  13. Expand the current calendar integration to be done at the technician level and develop a dispatch view for assigning and scheduling tickets.

    Ideally, this would allow a service works controller to drag tickets onto a technicians calendar and have this time assigned to working on that ticket. This would sync to the field technicians phone through M365 so they are aware of their schedule.

  14. Option to turn this pop up off if you get near it with the mouse you can't simply click elsewhere but have to Esc to get rid of it - it's incredibly annoying, move far out of the way or allow a user to permanently stop the pop up please.,

  16. Atera wants to be able to be a "Single Pane of Glass" but in reality we're going to have other sites that provide us data we need on a daily basis. Thing of my Ubiquiti Unifi dashboard, etc. If we could input a page URL for a pane on our Dashboard that shows a live view of our logged-in dashboard from another site. This would be a quick way to get to any other site's data or stats in a quick glance instead of keeping a tab opon on your browser all the time - PLUS then Atera could market…

The dashboard should allow you to select dates with a pop up calendar and also the dashboard should allow you to create your own and not just use the defaults, there many other tools like HubSpot and JIRA which allows you to do this Atera seems to be limited to alot can this be implemented soon

  20. The Dashboard should have widgets for a compliance overview. Clients missing critical & security updates. Clients missing Anti-Virus software, or disabled/stopped, behind AV updates. Windows Firewall status active/disabled.
