I do a lot of remote PowerShell to work on various PCs. I have to open multiple tabs of Atera to work on different PCs at the same time. I would like the ability to open a remote PowerShell, then minimize it and open remote PowerShell on multiple other PCs at the same time within one window. That way, it can continue to run the command minimized while I work on something else, and can check back on it later to see if it finished.

I would love to have more columns in the device search, for example looking for device serial number would be great
Having more options to quick search would be helpful minimizing the time to look into each device detail.

Device column listings
Please allow us to remove AI from the column listing. I don't have the feature, don't want the feature and sick of seeing it on every expletive deleted application I use. I need to do work, not hide AI functionality all damn day.

Software dashboard where you can see a list of all software on devices that need updating and have the option to update all at once, like you can with the patching dashboard. It would also be great to have an end of life / support section where we can view this info.

Software audit that shows devices without specific software installed
Currently, Atera software audit feature can show devices that have a specific software installed, but it does not filter devices that do not have the software installed. It would be beneficial to have a feature that filters devices lacking a specific software so we can extract the report.

Favorites should be easier to get to and personal
Make favorites easier and more personal. It takes longer to get to a favorite than to search for it the normal way. Also, favorites should be agent specific (or have a separate "agent" favorites?). My favorites are not the same as everybody else in the group.

Adjust the timeout period when machines go offline.
When machines go offline I would like to be able to reduce the time it takes to show the machine as offline in the dashboard. Right now it is 3-5 minutes. I would like to be able to manually specify this timeout period.

Make Fit to table width save in a view
It would be nice to have the "Fit to Table Width" option save with a custom view. We swap devices a lot in our environment, and to have that auto adjust along with the view would be great!

This is not a original idea or though, but one I would like to see implemented in your software suite as I know having this feature will enable better logging, auditing, and tracking of jobs by technicians.
I would like a chart/graph ability or widget that I can then customize to track certain metrics. For instance, I would like to make a pie chart of all the tickets I've worked.

Shutdown and Power On Info
Some updates are affecting device performance. It would be better if we have an idea when did the user last shutdown and power on the device for us supports to advise them that the device needs a restart to avoid poor device performance

Display the private IP address of workstations in the device view.
It would be nice to be able to display the private IP address of workstations in the device view without having to click on the device, not just the public IP address as is the case today.

QOL improvements to search results
when I search for devices? I get 3 or 15 devices.
can we just display more info? like local IP address? - maybe make it configurable as a default?
I might also want to see a custom field contents so that we dont need to click through

Search box for custom made filters, or filters in general.
A search field that applies to whatever filter view you're currently in, for users with a lot of tickets in their queue.
Example, Search Unassigned Tickets, or seach Closed Tickets straight from the ticket view tab.

OID fast add monitor & edit monitor

I hope you can realize this.In the list of OIDs displayed per monitored SNMP device, in addition to the edit button (which unfortunately only modifies the name) and delete... can add an "add monitor" button so as to avoid 10 clicks and immediately arrive at the page of the selected monitor to be inserted?
In the sequence of monitored OIDs, in addition to "delete the selected" add an EDIT button that actually allows you to modify the parameters while maintaining that specific OID.
Nobody likes wasting time, but in many ways Atera's interface seems designed specifically to waste…
