Design your own "Pane of Glass"Atera wants to be able to be a "Single Pane of Glass" but in reality we're going to have other sites that provide us data we need on a daily basis. Thing of my Ubiquiti Unifi dashboard, etc. If we could input a page URL for a pane on our Dashboard that shows a live view of our logged-in dashboard from another site. This would be a quick way to get to any other site's data or stats in a quick glance instead of keeping a tab opon on your browser all the time - PLUS then Atera could market… 5 votes

Date rangesThe dashboard should allow you to select dates with a pop up calendar and also the dashboard should allow you to create your own and not just use the defaults, there many other tools like HubSpot and JIRA which allows you to do this Atera seems to be limited to alot can this be implemented soon 4 votes

It's quite frustrating for a technician not to be able to open Atera on more than one workstation simultaneouslyIt's quite frustrating for a technician not to be able to open Atera on more than one workstation simultaneously. It would be nice to be able to open Atera on at least two workstations in one session, without having to disconnect from the first one each time. Let me explain: I have to go from my office workstation to my workstation in the workshop several times a day, and each time I have to close the first workstation for Atera to work properly, then reopen it when I come back. 29 votes

Tree View Organization of DevicesIt would be much more neater for the "Device" tab you guys chnaged the Web GUI to have company treeview of devices. Then from there the devices organized into folder. High level you are greeted with companies then expand to organized folders such as Tech defined AD Servers, Database Servers, Sales Desktops, Sales Laptop That way for cleaner and simpler access to the computers you need without needing to create 100s of save views. 12 votes

Due date report and dashboardIn the ticket there is a "due date" field. There seems to be no logic set up behind it. We would like to utilize the Due Date to assign a task/project task (not related to an SLA) so we can track items and set goals for the assignee. Not having a way to notify the assignee a due date is approaching or past due makes it difficult for users to manage their tickets. If the Due date would also display in the dashboard, send a email notification to assignee or be included in a report. This will also help Managers… 3 votes

Widget: Ticket Activity - Make it dynamic!I would love the functionality to click on a bar from the bar chart in the widget called Ticket Activity, and then be able to see the full activity for that day. So if I click on the bar representing resolved tickets, then I will be sent to an overview of all the tickets resolved that day. 2 votes
