  1. Would be nice to have a services gui in the device dashboard that could send the restart, stop, start and kill command without having to drill into the pc to bounce a service or use a terminal to get service name and restart it.

  3. We need more than 6 RECENT ALERTS in dashboard. Atera shows only last 6 recent alerts in dashboard, but in fullscreen view is really ridiculous.

  5. Stop adding Atera notices in the upper part of my browser window that I CAN'T close. Like the blue bar "Switch to new look" ect. Very annoying.

  7. In the ticket there is a "due date" field. There seems to be no logic set up behind it. We would like to utilize the Due Date to assign a task/project task (not related to an SLA) so we can track items and set goals for the assignee. Not having a way to notify the assignee a due date is approaching or past due makes it difficult for users to manage their tickets. If the Due date would also display in the dashboard, send a email notification to assignee or be included in a report. This will also help Managers…

  9. Add the ability to disable showing Microsoft defender Signature Updates.

    Since I use ateras patching on my customers machines, patches get installed through atera profiles. Defender Antivirus signature are not affected by the patch automation profiles and get installed as fast as possible by default.

    So I think it is a good idea to make it possible to hide the notifications on the "devices" tab in Atera.

  10. in Dashboard it would be good to have an evidence of alerts for snmp device. Something like a specific category of alerts server of a count on the availability monitor. As MSP it usefull to have immediate evidence of number of snmp device have an alert.

  12. In my opinion, there should be more important information and functions on the dashboard. For example, you could introduce a kind of device list with certain filtering view windows that you can create as you like. Example "Devices -Categorized View-etc". 2.) A window for self-configured reports such as 1.) Customer online or offline PC or server patch status in %/last processes/scripts etc.

    I don't use the dashboard because the current Information is not relevant.

  17. It would be much easier if tickets showed creation date and time - as opposed to "3 weeks ago" etc...etc. Currently it is impossible to go back to a specific date and time. We have to drill into each ticket which looks on or around the time we want .........which is time consuming

  18. Would be nice to select a client on the Dashboard map directly. If we click on it, would be nice to have some information like client's name and address. Or it could be linked directly to their client profile. Would be more efficient. If not , the map is hard to use to show where our clients are.

  19. I created Contracts with Notes showing 365 yearly subscription under each customer
    i want to search ms365 and will show me all the customers with ms365 contract.
