  1. Would be really helpful to have alert tickets automatically close when the alert is resolved
    For example Machine status unknown ticket closes when machine is back online!

  2. An alert is created when a customer or device has more than xx number of patches. This would indicate that the device is failing to run patches/offline and requires investigation.

    The idea would greatly assist us as the current schedule report takes so long to go through with so many devices to check

  4. I would like to have a feature, wherein if any users install software without informing IT support, alert is generated and send to admin.

    This is required since we observed some software's like Adobe can be installed even without administrator rights.

  6. We should be able to select multiple devices from the Alert screen and have the option to run a script like under the devices screen. This way we can easily see the device the alert type and then run whatever script we need to to help remediate the alert.
    The device page doesn't give enough details about the alert.

  7. I'm proposing a new feature for the event monitoring functionality that would allow for more granular filtering based on event details.

    Current Situation:

    We currently monitor events based on Event IDs, such as Event ID 5136. However, there are situations where specific descriptions within those events are not relevant to our needs.
    Proposed Feature:

    The proposed feature would enable us to filter events based on keywords or phrases within the event description. This would allow us to:

    1- Reduce Noise: Exclude irrelevant events like those containing "AC Power" in the description for Event ID 5136.

  8. I would like to know if possible, that when an alert expires, it also could disappear from the list.

    For example:
    Alert gets created that the memory threshold is exceeding 80%, but after a couple of minutes, the memory use drops again below 80%. When this is the case we would like to know if the alert can get automatticaly resolved

    Another example: Alert gets created that status of a certain device is unknown, but 5 minutes later this device is back online, also in this scenario I would like to know if the initial created alert can be automatically…

  9. It would be really helpful for unmonitored workstation alerts to provide some relevant information such as an IP address, MAC address, or name. The current alerts give no useable information for identifying the device.

  10. When you write an internal note in a ticket, you can notify other technicians in the right field.
    But, when someone places me on "Notify", it would be more effective to get a more obvious notification - A sound, pop-up box on the screen. Instead of having to look up to the right corner, which is very easy to not see and forget.

    This way, it would be easier to be updated on current tickets, that can need other technician's help/advice.

  12. It would be great if the real value is also displayed in the case of an alarm relating to disk utilization. For example "The disk utilization (C:) 87.81% (43.90 GB of 50 GB) is higher than the threshold value of 80.00%"
    This would allow us to see at first glance on the dashboard whether you need to act quickly or whether you can process it a little later.

Please increase notifications so that you can choose a specific client for new open tickets before assigned, it will also be awesome that these notifications come up on android auto, so if I leave early I don't have to check my cell all the time while driving, it can pop up like a whatsapp message on android auto and read it aloud, you guys know we always trying to access when we not at the office, the app needs some consideration, I also can't push any scripts from the app

  16. It would be great if there were a way to monitor the approximate life remaining on an SSD. I have seen many fail without any SMART alerts. TB written seems to be the best measure.

  20. Lot of Serveurs are monitored for inactivity but also are managed to applied some update with reboot or managed to auto reboot automaticly on an agenda...

    A fonction to schedule some range time to suspend the monitoring of a computer form a time to another time and permit to avoid lot fake alert can be a really good think..

    In all monitoring solution the worsted problem is the fake alerts... Avoiding fake alert with a planning of monitoring is really imporant for all MSP.
