Intregation of Email-based Monitoring
Add Integration Monitoring of Email-Notifications from different Devices, likewise "Checkcentral" for example. We monitor Backupjob from different systems with different Software. The Software send only Mails, when the Backup-Job is definitly running OK, otherwise the Monitor shows failure.

Device down alerting
We'd like to create a separate alerting option, and logic for "Device down" category. We'd like to specify a different e-mail address for that condition, as well as configure a reminder alert until the condition is resolved, or the alert is manually resolved.

Coupling alerts and thresholds
The ability to couple alerts together. At present I receive many alerts when the fans on macs are low or not spinning but this is due to the devices being idle and not generating enough heat for the fans to spin up, but turning off the monitor is something that we don't want to do. What would work is the ability to say take the CPU temp threshold along with the fans speed and then flag that. Possibility to edit the time intervals that triggers alert for IO, bandwidth and services alerts. Like this already exists for other alerts...

Disable alerts for event logs / centralize event logs
We want to monitor all critical event logs but we do not want to receive alert emails from them. Other alerts like when devices are offline should generate an alert email but not event logs.
Like this it would enable customers to centralize their event logs in Atera.

Alert to notify client contract type when ticket created
Hello, i am wondering if there is a way to create an editable pop up notification / warning or tip when a ticket is received.
the idea is to allow for a technician to receive a ticket, and if there are some unique or special client requirements, the pop up will automatically open providing the information we have set for that client1 vote -
allow to set a delay on custom Service Thresholds
we are monitoring if a specific service is runing , and using the selfhealing feature to restart the service if the service is not runing.
in the case of i.e. updating the Service this can/will cause issues as Atera is trying to start the service (while UPdated)
so it would be nice if we can set a delay (simular to i.e. if the processor is to hot) of x min, where this Selfhealing would not jump in.

Separate email alerts so that we get an individual email for each problem
As the title says, just have an individual email alert for all issues rather than having 2 or 3 in one email as sometimes these can get missed!

There should be an option to set number of occurrences over a time span for event log alerts.

Check shared cluster volume remaining space
Our company needs to monitor the available space for shared volume clusters so our virtual machines don't shut down all at once. The problem is that Atera can only monitor available space on drive letters and nowhere else.
Right now we're using a powershell script to regularly check in on the cluster volume, which is far from ideal.

alerte expiration contrats : 3 mois
Il serait utile de pouvoir configurer la durée d'alerte d'expiration des contrats à 3 mois (actuellement 2 mois maximum). Car pour respecter le délai légale d'information (hause des tarifs par exemple) auprès des clients, mon avocat m'informe que le délai est de 3 mois avant (et non 2 mois). La fonction existant déjà, je ne pense pas qu'il soit très difficile d'ajouter la proposition 3 mois ? ;) Merci par avance !
