Allow Reporting on Non-Billable Time Entries

Advanced Reports, Add "Agent Software Inventory"
Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. The Classic Reports presents Software Inventory, Advanced Reports should have the ability to do the same thing. The software that is currently available in custom reports, is only specific to options when using the "Software Bundles" within Atera.

Generating Reports for Software that isn't installed on machines
At the moment, I cant see what devices are missing in terms of software without doing a manual lookup. I want a software report that would tell me if certain devices are not using certain software that is required, like a specific anti-virus software, or if office365 products are missing on the machine, etc.

Send Patch & Automation Feedback report AFTER automation profile ended
Currently, we have scheduled all patch automation feedback to send them to our customers "once a month". This works quite well as long as the first week is also the first dates:
Problem is, if e.g. 1st of June is on Wednesday and the report will be sent then, the feedback is empty because the day before nothing was patched (it will be patched on first Tuesday of month)This is miserable from Atera that it is that difficult to implement a feature that is working and makes sense.

physical age of device report
It would be nice to have a report that would show us the physical age of a device, this would allow us to be able to state to a Customers/Client. That because your machine is X years old, we recommend upgrading or even replacing the device, because we are finding a trend that the older a device is the more tickets that device generates. Also a faulty machine that is always generating tickets is not good for the customer's work flow.

Remote Desktop Users report
In a AD domain environment, users are granted remote control access rights to allow RDP when teleworking. It'd nice to have a complete enumeration report per device. The report whould also take into account broken entries for deleted AD users.

Attaching the report as PDF to the schedule emails
When scheduling a report, the email should contain the pdf (or file type of choice) as an attachment on the email. Saves from having to click on the link and login to get the report.

Independent Penetration Testing Report
With Supply chain attacks on the rise bad actors are actively targeting MSP's and RMM software providers. There are recent reports of attackers using Atera with Zloader in the wild on DarkReading.com. The actor vector will be the same for all RMMs at some point in time.
My request is that Atera get independently penetration tested on an annual basis and publish the results of that independent third party test.

detailed report of tickets
The ability to report all logged tickets for a customer for a time period.
Not only the summary and amount but the actual content of tickets. Dates, times, entries and content. In this way the customer gets real insight in the work we perform for him.10 votes
