Would like to see a software changes report that shows software changes installed /uninstalled since the last report. or the last x number of days

Extracting all devices (Windows, Mac, SNMP, etc) with their IP address and Mac Address to a CSV
I'd need to extract a list of all devices added in Atera for a customer (Window, Linux, Mac, Printers, AP, etc) with their IP address and Mac address for comparison purposes.

Excel Exports to have more colums and separate Dates for Time Entries. Not just when the ticket was created/resolved.
Separate Time Date Columns in the Excel Export for Timesheet on Time entries so that each time entry ends up on it own line for a ticket and the dates/times can be sorted on. Currently We can sort on the description but it does not see the dates properly and sort them in order by date. It is very frustrating and we can not follow the order for a ticket. We also use this for billing.

open in new ribbon
often there are reports or popups like "monitored devices" of agents (example: if a device does do a generic check of an access point and so on) where you see lot's of devices which include an open link to them.
then it would nice to have an option box "open in new ribbon". so if not ticked then clicking onto this should open in the same ribbon, but if ticket the device should open in a new ribbon.but this could be done as a personal general setting too. means "always open device links in new ribbon".

Raw Data Exports
I would love the ability to export all my customers and devices into one big spreadsheet that I can then manipulate and create my own reports from. Maybe this is doable via API but that's outside my realm of knowledge. The last few RMMs I've used have all had something similar to this so it seems like it should be a pretty standard feature.

Schedule and email COMPLIANCE reports that are available via export-
Scheduled & send of reports used for compliance for individual clients. Now I have to go in, query out the client and all the fields then EXPORT the report. I would like to have this sent monthly to the compliance reporting inbox.

Break down of alerts per day / week / month
To have the ability to list all alert per customer or agent raised per day, per month, etc.
I know we get a total but it would nice to be able to filter down to see what they were and then have the ability to export them to PDF / Excel.Example, list all alert raised for a customer or certain agents in a time period which will show 5 alerts were disk error, 3 alert were event log triggers and 10 were services stopping or not existing.

Last Seen Format
Change the Last Seen format in the Audit Report to a more Excell friendly format ie dd/mm/yy time.

I want to expand on the CPU detail reporting feature that is under review. The ability to sort or set triggers based on the generation of CPU in the computer would make it a lot easier to identify the age of a device. being able to have an easy way to pull a report based on workstation age would be a huge help for us identifying an order for PC upgrades.

Comments in Customer Satisfaction Reports
Customer satisfaction survey report does not include the comments added by the customers when they include the rating. This can only be visible from the ticket itself.
It would be nice if the MSP could have a button to select "include all survey comments" for better reporting ( similarly with the 'remove retired devices' button ).1 vote -
Export HTML reports
It will be nice to be able to send our customers a report in a way that they can zoom in or collapse different features. For example the "Agent Health Report", the customer will receive a weekly report and will be able to zoom in the Memory and CPU graph.

Hi Team, We are using Atera RMM tool this month for our 1500 above machine software installation and security patch updates. whenever i pushed any software i want to track how many machines installed successfully and how many machines are failed. I need a report to extract by Excel and pdf to show the management by daily basis. I have checked in Report-recent process there is no option to extract any excel or pdf format. we need a machine list automation task report with valid reason to find why those machines are not installed .
