  2. We need the ability to have more granular control on what "remote manage" means. Currently we cannot give our technicians the ability to manage servers because it's all or nothing. We don't want them to have SYSTEM level command line access when all they need to do is occasionally remote into a service account.

  5. Please add an Advanced Filter for Uptime so that we can show agents that were last started, for example, 5 days ago. We can then run a Reboot automation task on this filter; this will be a tremendous help to us!

  6. There is the option to get alarm notifications based on temperatures right now.
    However, there is no realtime display for the temperature (like for CPU and memory usage).
    It would be neat to see past data, too.

  8. I am trying to gather information on all devices which do not have TPM 2.0. I saw someone asked about this earlier but I would like to addon to it. I would also like to see the TPM 2.0 TPM 1.2 and No TPM option in the Devices > Filters > advanced Filter > first option to narrow PC results.

  9. Bulk Add Custom Field Parameters Via CSV Import.
    Currently, when a new custom field is created, that field has to be filled out one device at a time by browsing to each device page. This takes way too much time. It would be much easier to be able to export a device list with the custom field(s) as a column in a CSV and then fill out the CSV and import to update the devices' customer field(s).

  11. Currently there is a limit to how many items can be in a policy this is between 30 and 50 as sometimes it works and some times it doesnt (Ateras Words).

    As we cant apply multiple policys can we then increase the amount of items per policy.

  13. When viewing a client system's Event Log through Devices -> [Deivce Name]-> Manage -> Event Viewer -> System, you have the drop down menu option to choose the number of records you want to view from 50 to 1000.

    On ALL my client systems, the installed Atera agent logs Event ID 7045 just about every minute. Since this Atera agent event mainly consumes the System Event Log, the max Display option of 1000 records is not enough to view "real" records that are more than 18 - 24 hours old.

  18. Our organization has shared PCs where one device can have multiple contacts. As of right now, Atera only provides the ability to assign a single contact to a device. By allowing multiple contacts to be assigned, it can make it easier when users submit tickets to already know which device they belong to.

  19. It would be great to be able to search devices by Service Tag # or serial #. I would also love the ability to choose what information is shown for each device in the customer/device list view. Right now it's just Agent Name, last logged user, and a folder location if applicable. It would be great to be able to also display service tag/serial, computer model, public IP, etc.

  20. The option to add customized buttons on the device/customer device interface to trigger frequently used scripts.

    The speedtest button would be a great example. Select a device and click a button for one click script runs and get the device speedtest.
