Machine description
It would be nice if we could have a custom editable field, named i.e. "Machine description" in each device in order to identify them quickly. This field can be placed in the the Devices window next or below of the Device Name. furthermore, it would be useful to give us the ability to sort the devices by the "Machine description"

Mass Wake from devices menu
Add the ability to choose all devices or a quantity of devices and select a single "wake" command from the devices-> power options menu - currently it's one by one and waking an office of 100+ units is not feasible

Better server patch status documentation.
It would be nice to be able to print or save to file from the Devices>Agent>Patch Management screen. Currently it displays the list. Our auditors want a document from our management tool that details what the patch state of a server is, and when patches were applied. I was told that this can be generated via an Excel output, but an Excel file can be manipulated after being exported. Which the auditors don't consider a valid document.

Asset labels & QR codes
It would significantly help customers if the system was able to print Asset Tag Labels, including a QR code that if scanned it opens a new ticket for that asset, under the associated user.

Automap device to customer
Rather than manually adding the devices to a client / customer allow automation to detect either the external IP or internal domain name and then map accordingly.
Some of my clients rebuild their machines regularly and it would be handy to have these automap rather than having to ensure they are associated with the correct customer constantly.

More Info under Device (IP, reboot, last time online)
Would be nice to have more info on the device page. For example, when looking at list of devices for a particular customer, would be nice to see how long it’s been online, when was the last reboot, its IP address

Reboot required - know when we really need a reboot
The new feature that shows that devices have a "reboot required" is good, but has some issues as implemented. Actually, it shows that a reboot is required reading a lot of registry entries, which are not critical. Only a few registry entries show when a reboot is really necessary. On the actual "Devices" view, we keep restarting our computers and they never get out of the "reboot required" status. When I check, some very old and unnecessary entries are still shown in the registry that cause this behavior.

Disk Cleanup under Devices > Manage
Many times I get disk space alert , most of the time I connect to the the PC and run cleanmgr.exe , It would be great if I could do it without the need to connect to the PC and have it in Atera under Devices > Manager > Disk cleanup

Show Switch network interface information
For switches, it would be helpful to have a list of the interfaces which also includes the interface information such as port status, ip address, name, mac address, etc.
Also, if the ability to power cycle those ports or perform any switch management or a CLI interface would be immensely helpful.
And in the table, allow the system to see other devices that you already have the Atera Agent on, and have that table link items found on a switch so you can click on known devices and go to that page.
