Breakdown add-ons by MY customer
Invoices for add-ons only show a total amount for each service, but multiple customers are represented. For a product like Acronis, it's very difficult to break down the total and know what should be billed to each of my customers. Going to the Acronis portal and viewing usage is possible, but there's no historical data to support the usage in comparison to the Atera bill date unless you look at it at the exact moment that Atera's bill is created.
I have other services with other providers like Pax8. They are a bit more expensive for Acronis, but they break everything down by customer for me - saves loads of time when doing my monthly billing. It's a hassle to move everything, but I may do it just to get this feature. It's that important to me.

One time secret password
From all password locations in Atera have a button to send the one time secret password or generate and send a new one. Similar to www.onetimesecret.com.
For customer contacts passwords, have the option to send to that user or another email the tech enters.
For other passwords ask for who to send to.

Battery Info (API and Report)
Please add the following info to the classic report and more importantly the API export functionality.
Battery ID
Battery Health
Battery Design Capacity
Battery Full Charge Capacity
Battery Cycle CountThis info is available in the agent page for specific agents but being able to export it to a CSV would allow us to know, on mass, which devices have "x" low battery health and need replacing!

Script versioning
I just ran into an issue where a script was updated, but there was an error. There doesn't seem to be a way of restoring from a previous version or backup. It would be nice to have a history of the script and track changes.

A solution field should also be added to the ticket system. So that the customer can keep track of the work progress. I only see the description for the customer.

Search portal client
Search in portal client is very poor.
Search concentrate only in head of ticket not all the fields.

History of all script executions with script output and script version executed
We need to be able to see all executions of a script, with the exact code that was executed and the script output. This history should be available from the Script (to see all the times it has been executed and on what devices) and from the Device (to see a history of all the scripts that have been executed on the device).
Each script execution should be saved in a separate entity with the date, time, device, script code, execution parameters, result and script output.

Alert by email the technician that a new internal note is added to his ticket.

Monitor USB Drive Connection Status
Atera needs to be able to have an alert set for when a USB drive disconnects. This would be most useful for local backup drives; if someone unplugs the drive, or if the drive fails (would cause the same alert event, I would assume) the backup cannot run!

ChromeOS port of the agent for chromebooks and other devices running chromeOS.
Would be useful for schools and to support businesses with not enough money to afford windows/mac laptops.

On-site check-in and Customer sign-off upon completion.
On-site check-in and Customer sign-off upon completion. It would be nice if the mobile app could allow for the techs to check that they are on-site (with GPS verification). You could have an area where a client could sign that they are on-site. Then have the same for when they are closing the on-site ticket. This gives us better time tracking and allows for more accurate billing. It also eliminates the client saying things like he wasn't here that long.

Assign automation to devices shown in report
Ability to apply automation or script to devices shown in report output. E.g. The Software Inventory report shows devices where a piece of software is installed, have the ability to apply an automation profile to these devices.
Scenario, I want to apply an automation script to devices that have version x.x of a piece of software, I run the Software Inventory report for the piece of software, it finds 10 devices, I click the icon with the arrow pointing diagonally up showing the names of the 10 devices, I click the checkbox on the right to select all 10 devices and there is a button to Apply Automation Profile to the selected devices.

availability in search
Want to make it possible in the devices search to see which of the devices have enabled Availability Monitoring so it's easier to find those that need monitoring but haven't enabled it.
For example:
Searching for all devices named "Server", now we need to manually check every search result instead of having an option in the search for Availability Monitoring Enabled/disabled.2 votes -
Retire old devices with the same serial number
When we reset a device in the company, for a new employee. Atera is reinstalled as a completely new device. Can you make it that when A new device is enrolled with the same serial number as a current device in the system. The old device is deleted, or prompted to be deleted. At the moment, you have to do it all manually and have multiple devices with the same serial number (the same physical device)

Killing Two Ants With One Shoe
Title: Add Domain Account or specified accounts to Atera and to Shell/Scripts
Currently Atera uses system and current user for scripts and shell. Adding Domain credentials to Atera would eliminate storing passwords in clear text under scripts and make management easier for accessing domain resources - network drives etc...
With a system account - there is no access to domain network resources like drives. Yes there are work arounds using net use and possibly adding a domain account under Services.msc - Atera - Logon - domain account. What if the domain account breaks?....I mean yeah, there is a possibility to powershell that but that does not work at scale and we'd have to touch every end point and the same with changing account credentials.
Current user - Hopefully our endpoints are local users or domain users logged on. Maybe they should install some software without admin priv right?
Imagine adding a domain admin or even specified accounts as an option having easier access to domain drives and we don't have to wait for microsoft to fix Winget. Its like killing two ants with one shoe.
