Simple, remember last 10 name searches in the search bar so I can quickly go back to a machine again without having to retype the name, as when we currently go from the machine site to another part of Atera the search does not remember where I was last so I have to search again, handy when you have lots of machines.

Modify/edit the time intervals for alerts
Possibility to modify/edit the time intervals for alerts. If a Citrix server takes more time to boot it will make an alert. If we can change the time intervals of the servers by group of per machine we can cover this issue.

Allow negative numbers in "Extra Value (Numeric)" for Password entries
There is a "Extra Value (Numeric)" field for password entries.
It would be helpful to be able to use negative numbers. For example, this is a good place to store a Webroot GID1 vote -

Id like to be able to install software on the Microsoft Store. Specifically, I need HEIF Image Extensions to be able to push to all users. But Being able to include anything from the MS store would be amazing.

Email parsing
There were a few other ideas similar to this, but none matched what I was thinking. I would like the have incoming email rules for emails. WE can create rules based on Sender Email, Subject, and Body. i.e. I get emails from various backups solutions. I would love to be able to say "Subject Like '%success%' then...

Script category dropdown should remember it's last selection
It would be nice if the drop down menu for the category in the scripts screen would remember the last selection. When I'm running scripts and jumping between customers and views but doing the same thing its time consuming to look for the script I want.

Action ticket: Log tickets as an action ticket in the ticketing system. Similar to change and risk. You would log in.

public facing knowledgebase without requiring login
The customer portal is only accessible if users login. Most of our customers create tickets by emailing us so they do not have a login.
Please create a public facing KB section that is really public and do not require a login. This is handy for general KB articles not linked to customers like public product KB etc

I Think it would be very useful to have a forum for Atera MSP's to be able to interact with Atera specialists and with each other about issues and best practices when using Atera. This could be a place to exchange ideas about scripts, thresholding and more.

Color Based Ticket Presets
I think the ability to visually change the background of the tickets to a color based on the customer. We have multiple techs with "assigned" buildings and it would be a very nice feature to have presets on the dash to easily display and sort. I know it may seem petty, but to be able to scan at a glance is pretty helpful when things get a bit hectic. Just adds another sub layer of sorting/filtering without completely losing the ability to see the big picture.

Ability to monitor user profile disk
Ability to monitor user profile disk. With our customers, user terminal server, rather than them use their C drive, each user gets allocated a disk, 5GB and then that they can log into use diff terminal server. Would like to be able to set up some alerts
