upgrade to win11 blocker patch
I am looking up to block/exclude the win11 upgrade patch. Can atera please facilitate that option asap as the users are trying to upgrade the patch which later hampering the work.

Disable renewal notification for deactivated contracts
Ability to disable contract expiration notifications for deactivated contracts. This becomes confusing when a new contract has already been activated to replace the old agreement.

Remove or Allow Disable of Confirmation Token
This is already mentioned in the Revamped Agent thread, but I feel like this is deserving of its own.
The Confirmation Token is the single most reason that I can't use the Help Desk Agent in our environment and why I haven't moved our ticketing to Atera. I already have a Contact Relation attached to the Device. I would think that it would know that that contact was tied to the device already, yet the user still has to use a confirmation token to submit a ticket.

show status of active Helpdesk Agents
Be able to know what devices have had their Helpdesk Agent "activated" so that the user can submit tickets. Hypothetically: Say I have 10 devices that I know were activated at some point. Then a few hours later, 10 new devices came on line and the Agent was installed for them, but the helpdesk agent was not activated yet. I'd like to see the first 10 devices have been activated, and the which of the new 10 still need to be activated. If I select all devices (under the customer’s devices) and mass ‘activate helpdesk agent’, I just want to make sure that function does that effect the 10 agents that were already activated, as I want to make sure that it is not acting as a ‘toggle’ (in that if it is on, it gets turned off, or if it is off, it gets turned on).

Advanced Filters for devices - Allow more granular version numbers
When creating an Advanced Filter for a device view, selecting the Installed Software filter, the Software Version field only allows for major.minor versions. This should be expanded to support longer version numbers such as x.x.x.x

Ticket Field Job
Ticket/Field Sanction - We're looking for tools that would assist us with reallocating tickets to Field Jobs (Jobs that needs to be done on-site), with an easy access timer to keep track of time spent on-site. If there's an easy feature in Atera that could assist us with reallocating tickets to Field jobs, that'd be awesome.

homebrew
make it so homebrew will actually install apps from homebrew. Currently do to atera implementation of homebrew majority of apps will not install making it useless. Need to follow homebrew implementation correctly so apps are able to install successfully. of about 30 apps we have tried only 2 where able to actually install.

2fa access list IP address options
Ability to use network IP range when enabling Access List via 2fa login settings page in the Admin tab (Admin >> General >> Two Factor Authentication (2FA) >> Restrict IP Permissions >> Access List). Currently it only allows for a specific IP address. This is crucial for Public IPs that are Dynamic which is highly likely to keep changing.

Scheduled Report History "state in time" Reports
when I schedule a Report, I would like it to have a list List all previous Reports in the Web portal that have been ran over say the last 12 months. these would be State-in-time Reports to show the data state when the report was scheduled, these need to be collected for compliance and If I missed an email I don't have any ohter way to access these Reports.
For example, I have a Report scheduled to run a Patch Summary on the 1st of every month. I can See that report under the Scheduled reports, but I Would like the"History" Aviable for all of the reports that have been ran.
I think this would as simple as adding a "History" button, with a popup window with a list of Links to Previous Reprots, I expect it would be the same link that is Emailed when the report is ran.
An added bonus would be a button to download the reports (PDF or Excel) in that same pop up window.
