Feature Request: Combine Multiple Analytical Report Attachments into a Single Email
Overview
Currently, when working within the Analytical Reports section of Atera, I can only attach one report per email. This often results in customers receiving multiple emails (sometimes three, four, or even five) whenever I need to share multiple reports. This can lead to inbox overload and create frustration for both the sender and the recipient.
Proposed Solution
I would love to see a feature that allows multiple analytical reports to be combined into a single email containing each individual report as an attachment. This enhancement would streamline communication, keep customer inboxes organized, and provide a more professional and efficient way to deliver information.
Call to Action
If anyone else feels that the ability to send multiple reports in a single email would be valuable, please consider upvoting this feature request. Together, we can help make this a reality in future Atera updates!

Allow Python Scripts
It would be a great help if we could create and send Python scripts, instead of only cmd, ps1 and bash.
A use case would be working with SentinalOne's API (Or any API for that matter) in order to transfer ownership between accounts.
At times, we require the endpoint itself to communicate with the API, and this is done mainly with Python1 vote -
transferring data from a device
If the user's device changes, it would be great to be able to transfer passwords, attachments and notes from one device to another without having to re-enter everything manually, which would save a lot of time.

Ability to filter when you search
When you search and it pulls up tickets, there is no way to filter these further. Since we can't filter by status to only show open tickets, we have to scroll through a long list of ticket search results to find ones that are open.

Ability to export current views (ex. filtered alerts and others)
It would be very useful if we could actually export some filtered views. Example, I filter a customer's critical alerts, which is a nice one, but them I am unable to export such information easily. I normally have to do many screenshots or save a small video and share it with my customer. If we could just filter the alerts and then export that view, it would be much easier for documenting and sharing.

Save Analytical Report Filters
Looking to be able to save filters for a Software Inventory Analytical Report at the moment, but this could just as easily apply to a Hardware Report or other Analytical Report.
In my current need, I have a particular software that I want to get upgraded. I'm looking to filter my Analytical Report to the various older versions of the software. I can do this and run the report. I can then schedule the report to deliver a CSV to me periodically.
What I cannot do is save the Filter parameters as a Favorite so I can easily and quickly run the report ad-hoc again in the future. I have to re-select the various versions identified by Atera to generate the updated list.Looking to be able to save filters for a Software Inventory Analytical Report at the moment, but this could just as easily apply to a Hardware Report or other Analytical Report.

Patch Search & Deploy - Uninstall KBs on multiple devices
Atera allows in "Patch Search & Deploy" to filter by a KB and generate the corresponding reort.
Once the report was generated it is possible to select multiple devices where the KB has not been installed and install that patch by clicking on the button "Install".
But it is not possible to do the opposite. I cannot select devices where the patch has been installed and then remove it.
I understand the concept behind it:
In the summary you see "All patches" by default. So it would be confusing to select devices that have and have not the patch installed and then select "Install" or "Uninstall".But it would work, if the "Uninstall" option were to appear after selecting in the Summary "Installed" radio button.
This feature is essential as it enables installed KBs that caused a problem and could not be excluded on time could be uninstalled on multiple devices in a timely manner.

Agent Health Report by device folder
I wish I could run the Agent Health Report against a Devices folder.
Rather than manually selecting my servers out of the list of all agents, I'd rather select my "Servers" device folder.
This would make running this report so much easier and more valuable.
Perhaps add a "Folders" pick list between "Site Name" and "Agent Name(s)" The "Folders" item can serve as a filter to the narrow down the list in "Agent Name(s)".

Configurable Report Export File Names
Accidentally, by exporting a report more than 100 times, I found that the filename gets a timestamp added. So, after creating 'Auditor (100).xlsx' in the downloads folder, subsequent exports have a timestamp like this:
'Auditor - 2025-01-30T153425.123.xlsx'
We find this very useful, and we though it was a feature of Atera. We would like to see the ability to define the report filename that would include:
- Report Name (e.g. 'Auditor')
- Customer Name or Abbreviation (e.g. AcmeLtd)
- Timestamp and format (e.g. 'yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm')2 votes -
