    Hello all,
We're happy to announce the implementation of new granularity and control over the portal!
As part of our new release, you are now able to either hide or set different fields as uneditable (fields such as Status, Priority, Impact and Type) for your users.
To do so, head into Admin > Custom Fields and click the little pencil next to the fields to choose the state fields should have in the portal.
You can read more about the feature here: https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/211833798#h_01GQMPD38FXA6A1VFCWCCEA0JH
We plan on adding and improving the portal in the coming months, and we'll be sure to update, as our development work continues.
Hope you enjoy this new release!
Yakov

commentedNot to forget. I wish there were an option for the multiple languages. Because we have customers from different regions and some of them want the customer portal to show the articles on their local langauge.

commentedI completely agree - I need to be able to modify the Ticket Impact and Ticket type in the customer portal or at least be able to hide them, so I can add some custom fields that actually mean something to us. Please make this a feature as soon as you can.

commentedI agree fully, the the ability to hide ticket fields like Ticket Impact, Ticket Type or Ticket Priority, would be real great cause the Translation on these field in German Language is not correct, so our customers are a bit confused with them. Thanks in advance if this will be possible in future.

commentedYes! We use Atera as an internal IT department, and want to take advantage of the help desk but SSL with custom domain is a must, as is the ability to customize the new ticket form (hiding fields, headings, different forms depending on issue type)

commentedIf it's possible to give your customer the ability to do some customization on the Ticketing portal like add some filed and hide some others, change the name of the portal and also the ability to change some existing option related to the tickets priority and impact.
The format that you have on the portal is really general and it will be really appreciated if each customer could tolerate something fit his business.
I hope to hear back from you and wish to have this ability in your next builds. Thanks Dani Farah
