Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!
An error occurred while saving the comment Me commentedHi, I spoke to Splashtop and they said that the only reason simultaneous multi monitor support wasn't included is that Atera doesn't want to pay for it. they said that they quoted Atera and you guys don't want to buy it. There is nothing for you to develop, just pay splashtop.

An error occurred while saving the comment Me commentedLol this app is a joke. It doesn't even format text correctly so paragraphs get condensed into one big block of text. Customer supplied images do not render. The list goes on.

An error occurred while saving the comment Me commentedLet us customise invoices. Can't use the invoices at the moment, they are ugly and can't put custom info I need to put on them.

We're currently designing an integration of Microsoft Teams with Atera.
We'd love to hear what are your expectations from such an integration.
Please answer this 1-minute survey if you'd like to provide your feedback.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
Thank you,

An error occurred while saving the comment Me commentedEnable us to point an A record like support.ourdomain.com to your IP address, and you can fetch let's encrypt SSL certs for our domain and use our domain in the customer portal. Sending clients to a http portal in 2021 is disgusting, not to mention embarrassing.
If you were to do it:
a) Do not require global admin on the tenant (try avoid any admin role if at all possible)
b) One of the most useful would be importing a license count so we can match it up to a contract in Atera and then invoice for the licences, that would probably be the most useful thing I could see for Atera and O365 integration.
