  1. Allow users to run a simultaneous dual-monitor view rather than only being allowed to switch between monitors. This is counterproductive for our users working remotely.

  2. Ability to assign a contact to multiple devices for work from home and have all contacts able to connect to the PC they are assigned to instead of just the main contact.

  4. Ability to quickly see who has Work From Home enabled. When this scales out and you want a report to see who has it installed per client, it would take too long to manually check for invoicing purposes. Please add a way to check which devices or by client has this installed. Please and thank you.

  6. I would like to have a view to see if contacts are not using Work from Home. This way we can audit who is not using the feature and release the license and not bill a customer for something they are not using.

  7. Currently as it stands it looks like you can only setup a client to access one computer using WFH. Please change this so that when the customer signs into the WFH page they can choose which computer they would like to remote connect too. Customers are happy to pay for the additional remote access to multiple devices.

  8. Currently, I can assign multiple users to a computer in work from home, but only the first assigned user can access the computer. It would be hugely beneficial if multiple users could be given access. They don't necessarily need to access the computer at the same time. But they all need the ability. And it would be helpful if there was a status notification to show when a computer is being remotely accessed.

  9. 2FA Authenticator app for work from home instead of just 2FA via SMS
    Right now, work from home only facilitates 2FA through the use of SMS. It would be nice to see the option to enable 2FA through the use of a 2FA app such as Duo, Authy, Google Authenticator, etc. This functionality is already available for technician accounts.

    Technically, 2FA via SMS is the least secure method of doing 2FA and it has been demonstrated that a sufficiently skilled hacker can intercept the text messages that contain 2FA codes. For this reason, app-based 2FA is preferrable over SMS-based 2FA.

  11. It would be good to be able to see if a user is currently on a remote session and also able to end their sessions. Maybe have working from home status icon on their device with menu options to disconnect user.

  13. You charge money per "Work From Home" customer activation, but when I asked you told me to find out what customers have it I would need to look at EVERY customer to see who has it. When I started that process I had almost 200 customers. After hours of looking I finally had the short list of 18 that had this feature. This is something that should be as easy to see as who has online backup. Please add this ability to save your customers hours of searching each individual customer. If you charge for this it should be easy…

  16. We have many users that work from home who are currently using go-to-my PC. We would like to switch to Atera's solution but SSO is one feature which is holding us back. All our authentication is centrally managed in Azure. We hope this feature is added soon. Please vote if you have similar needs!

  19. Either via a Report, or some other click-able item, one should be easily able to find "what devices" are enabled for Work from Home. Since we have to charge our customers, and our customers use the service, it would be nice to have an easy way to see what and who is enabled for the service and should be paying for it.

  20. Right now the Work From Home Spashpage does not notify a user after logging in if their PC is offline. It just gives a false verification expired. We need our clients to see that their PC is offline rather than thinking the Atera interface is buggy.
