Branded 'Work from Home' Splashtop Web Portal
It would be awesome if we could brand the Work from Home web portal with the customers logo, as opposed to just the Atera one. I mean, it could still say 'Powered by Atera' under the logon button or whatever... It would also be nice to get a connection status or update whilst being connected, as opposed to just sitting here waiting. ;)

Work From Home with Windows Server
It was explained to me by a support representative that Atera had decided that "Work From Home" should not be available on servers. I believe that decision should be relegated to us as the decision makers for these systems. Case in point: I have a third party consultant who needs access to a server to do maintenance on an accounting software. I believe it should be within my authority to authorize the use of Splashtop on this machine.

Buton in the Customer Portal with the generated link
Hi,
i would like to recommend you the following:
For the Work from Home settings, when you activate an access from home to a customer for a device, this will generate a login link that you have to share with the customer... In my opinion it could be better in the customer portal of that customer when you activate this option for him and one device of him
this has to automatically appear in his customer portal, like to get a generated button named login to PC xxx what ever his machine is called and skip the sharing part and…2 votes -

Easily find what devices are configured for Work from Home
Either via a Report, or some other click-able item, one should be easily able to find "what devices" are enabled for Work from Home. Since we have to charge our customers, and our customers use the service, it would be nice to have an easy way to see what and who is enabled for the service and should be paying for it.

Work from home activations list
You charge money per "Work From Home" customer activation, but when I asked you told me to find out what customers have it I would need to look at EVERY customer to see who has it. When I started that process I had almost 200 customers. After hours of looking I finally had the short list of 18 that had this feature. This is something that should be as easy to see as who has online backup. Please add this ability to save your customers hours of searching each individual customer. If you charge for this it should be easy…

work from home
Once you purchase the work from home subscription, it would be nice that the page shows devices that are enabled instead of it just showing the default information of activated and the price. To me it is a wasted page that can be utilized.

Locks pc screen when using home working remoting agent
When using a vpn as soon as you remote onto your PC it locks the PC screen you are VPN onto, this is great for security for employees who work in a sensitive environment. I moved over to Atera home remote working instead and it leaves the screen visible for anyone to see. Even if say the user turned there screen off because they are not in the office anyone could still switch it on and watch what the user was doing. This in my eyes is a major security breach so others please be aware. Thanks

Wake on Lan for Work From Home
Wake on Lan for Work From Home.
In order to operate climate protection, it would be good if the work-from-home PCs did not have to be switched on, but could be started via wake on lan.

Ability to quickly see who has Work From Home enabled
Ability to quickly see who has Work From Home enabled. When this scales out and you want a report to see who has it installed per client, it would take too long to manually check for invoicing purposes. Please add a way to check which devices or by client has this installed. Please and thank you.

Work From Home - Branding on landing page
Work From Home: can you add a feature so that we can brand it with our company logo? It would look more professional when our customers see a branded landing page. Thanks

Add option for app-based 2FA for Work from Home (instead of only via SMS)
2FA Authenticator app for work from home instead of just 2FA via SMS
Right now, work from home only facilitates 2FA through the use of SMS. It would be nice to see the option to enable 2FA through the use of a 2FA app such as Duo, Authy, Google Authenticator, etc. This functionality is already available for technician accounts.Technically, 2FA via SMS is the least secure method of doing 2FA and it has been demonstrated that a sufficiently skilled hacker can intercept the text messages that contain 2FA codes. For this reason, app-based 2FA is preferrable over SMS-based 2FA.

Shorter URLs or a generic login page
When a user is given work from home access IT needs to send them this incredibly long URL in order to access their PC. The real idea of work from home is that a user can access their computer from anywhere. If they are on a shared computer it is easy to remember https://app.atera.com/WFH. Users should be allowed to log into this shorter URL and then should be presented with the computer or computers that they can access. OR if they only have one computer it should take them directly from the login page to their computer.

Validation code for WFH sent by email instead of sms
Some of my customers are using WFH to connect to their computers. They have to validate by entering a code received by sms on a mobile. When several users have to use WFH, it's difficult to use the code because the mobile phone is not present. It would be eaiser if the code could be sent to an email address instead of a phone nr. Thanks for your attention.
