Licensing option for Remote Control only
I am a manager in a team of 5. Myself and one other are dedicated to maintaining the hardware and endpoint software on our network. We both have Atera licences and work onsite.
I also have 3 team members who develop inhouse software applications for use by our clinical colleagues. All three of these team members now work from home permanently. There have been many occasions where it would have been useful for these three colleagues to have the ability to remote control users machines who are onsite for support and training purposes, particularly recently.

SMS problem
Please have a look at https://www.twilio.com/docs/verify/api and see if you can integrate so OTP can go over Verify instead of SMS. No OTP SMS is working for the china users at the moment. With an APP they would be able to use Work from Home. At present it's very painful not be able to use Work from Home in China because of the SMS problem

Buton in the Customer Portal with the generated link
Hi,
i would like to recommend you the following:
For the Work from Home settings, when you activate an access from home to a customer for a device, this will generate a login link that you have to share with the customer... In my opinion it could be better in the customer portal of that customer when you activate this option for him and one device of him

Work from Home - remote users can see their password
Can you add a "see text" or similar function to the work from home login page. I have an increasing amount of clients who try to login and spell the password wrong because they can't actually see the word. they then panic and call me to help just to verify they have spelt the password wrong !!

Allow internal IT departments or customers access their own folder
Have the ability for the customers internal IT department to have access into their own customer in Atera.

Customer URL creation ability for admin for work From Home Featire.
Customer URL setting for work From Home.
Allow Admin to create the custom URL based not the client name to enable the more User friendly name of remote URL instead of long random string.
Example - https://support.abc.com/workformhome/companyname
ABC is the admin support sites.
