  1. Cannot customize reports when sending them on a schedule.

    e.g. customer periodic: we do not use backup function so we do not want it on the report the customer gets

  2. it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

  3. Report to list all device for a company with online/offline status and last logged on status. This will enable the ability to track computers that are unplugged, stolen, disjoined from the domain, retired, or just otherwise missing and need to be removed.

  4. The auditor reports are outdated when it comes to reporting on installed builds ('service packs') of Windows 10.

    Please add functionality to specify Windows 10 builds (21H2, 2004, 1909, etc) as criteria for warnings or critical alerts.

  6. Provide more granular permissions in roles to allow us to select Recent processes as its own option instead of having to grant classic reports to everyone.

  7. Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. I have noticed that you are not allowed to add Agent "Custom Fields" that are specific to the agent. It would make sense that this information is available within the report options.

  8. It's important to know what the team are working on, whether billable or non-billable. At the moment it seems that reporting is only on time entries marked as billable. Please make non-billable time entries something that can be reported on as well.

  9. Currently, any scheduled Patch Status Summary reports that are delivered to you via email have nothing in the report that shows what it is actually reporting on. Every one has the same name, "Patch Status Summary". Looking at the report, you have zero idea what this report is reporting on. If you have multiple reports, (one for Critical Patches, one for Security Patches, one for Service Pack Updates, etc.), they all come across exactly the same with the exact same body, Report Name, etc.

    When Scheduling the report, we have a field to create a Description. This description field should…

  11. The Microsoft recommeded 'Office Security Baselines' blocks 'Excel 97-2003 workbooks and templates'.

    Appears all the reports exportable in Atera are in the xls, not xlsx, document format which is blocked by this recommendation. Is it possible for these exports to changed xlsx. It's either that or CSV.

    I'm sure your org is very security focused and will appreciated my dilemma.

  12. We use to be able to go to Customer > Devices and then on the top right, we could EXPORT REPORTS: Export a report to Excel or PDF, that just showed the workstation details. But it was the perfect report to send over to a client to review workstations and those added details. Why was this taken away. It was such a user report.

    CUSTOMER REPORT: we should be able to print reports like a customer contact list, a phone list etc. These are basic reports that would be so helpful.

  13. In the software report, there is a link that makes a modal window appear with a list of devices with the result of the search. Mostly we uninstall apps from here, but not all apps can be removed by Atera this way and the uninstall button is disabled. If you have many devices in the list it would be good to be able to jump to each device if you linked the "device name" column to the actual device.

  14. When running reports there is currently no option to go deeper into the stats such as viewing ticket numbers for certain categories such as Tickets not responded to in SLA etc.

    I have added a few custom fields (with drop down) to ‘Customer’ to have 1st and 2nd engineer entered for each customer. Thus, we want to assign one technician as a main and another one as a back. How can I generate a list/report with all customers showing columns with the 1st and 2nd engineer.

  17. Would like the ability to have a checkbox or some other way to exclude an agent from patch reports. As in the agent is offline and in storage or just offline but you want to keep them for asset history. A checkbox would tell the reports to exclude the agent from populating and clogging up the report. you could also run the reverse as a report showing all offline agents

  18. When going to Classic Reports, the Average First Response Time on tickets calculates based on a 24h clock, resulting in average first response times being 12+ hours if tickets are assigned late in the afternoon and not actioned until morning.

    Please have these reports use the Business Hours inside of an SLA Calendar so they can accurately represent Average First Response times while within business hours, so Technician Performance reports give more accurate and valuable data.

  19. It would be nice to view time entries based on the day worked, rather just the day the ticket was entered or resolved. There has been times where I get busy and can't enter time. Going back and looking at the current time sheet reports, to make sure all time worked has been billed, is very time consuming. If there was a way to run a report based on a week or month, but being able to sort or view it by the date the time was worked, would help this greatly.

  20. IT Automation Feedback - Detailed Information in the Report. We would like to see which devices (device name and customer) have successfully completed the process and which ones have not. For those with errors, it would be beneficial to know what type of error occurred.
