Scheduled Report Email Subject should Include the name we provide for the Scheduled report instead of "Your Atera ‘Patch Status Summary’ report is here" should be something like "Your Atera 'MY Report Name' report is here" that would make the email notificaion much more useful. it would also be nice to have it in the Body of the email too.

  2. when I schedule a Report, I would like it to have a list List all previous Reports in the Web portal that have been ran over say the last 12 months. these would be State-in-time Reports to show the data state when the report was scheduled, these need to be collected for compliance and If I missed an email I don't have any ohter way to access these Reports.

    For example, I have a Report scheduled to run a Patch Summary on the 1st of every month. I can See that report under the Scheduled reports, but I Would like…

  4. When producing a report for a software publisher, the search on name is too constricted. For example, search for ESET and nothing found - you have to put in the full publisher name. Please make this a partial match.

  5. Separate Time Date Columns in the Excel Export for Timesheet on Time entries so that each time entry ends up on it own line for a ticket and the dates/times can be sorted on. Currently We can sort on the description but it does not see the dates properly and sort them in order by date. It is very frustrating and we can not follow the order for a ticket. We also use this for billing.

  9. Currently with S.M.A.R.T. reports, all it includes in the model number of the drive as the only identifier. I'd like to see some other unique identifier such as the Drive Bay or the Serial Number included as well. For instance, I had a client with two drives of the same model and was unable to differentiate which drive was generating the report. This would prevent unnecessary work for my team, myself, and anybody else with similar situations.

  11. We would like a report from the Windows patches which would send us a proper monthly report by email.
    Preferably in a structured Excel worksheet without graphics.
    Which we can also set more specifically regarding the device and the customer.

  12. It appears there is no way to create a custom report and have it pull the in progress status.

    Example: I have created a weekly report to run on all tickets per technician and it will allow me to pull every status with the exception of "In Progress". Please add this ability.

  13. If we enable Bitlocker using scripts, how to manage those Bitlocker keys when there is a requirement? Because Bitlocker management is very crucial for an organization. Looking for a feature update in Atera console for managing Bitlocker keys of all devices.

    Avec notre précédent logiciel d'infogérance (solarwinds), nous avions la possibilité de connaître la durée de connexion de nos techniciens sur les différents matériels PC /SERVEURS.
    aujourd'hui, ATERA ne le permet que si vous utilisez la rubrique "Tickets", cette dernière ne correspondant pas à nos besoins (trop compliquées pour les interventions en directes) nous ne l'utilisons pas...
    Je pense qu'un rapport reprenant l'intégralité des connexions avec leurs durées ne doit pas être compliqué à mettre en œuvre.

    Dans ce rapport, on souhaiterait donc pouvoir sélectionner le nom du technicien et connaître par jour, par semaine ou par mois toutes les…

  17. Please add the following info to the classic report and more importantly the API export functionality.

    Battery ID
    Battery Health
    Battery Design Capacity
    Battery Full Charge Capacity
    Battery Cycle Count

    This info is available in the agent page for specific agents but being able to export it to a CSV would allow us to know, on mass, which devices have "x" low battery health and need replacing!

  18. I would like the ability to view profitability as a whole, not just per customer. I would have to run the report per customer than add all those figures up. That feels tedious. Having a report that can add all those numbers up and show me total profitability for the year would be extremely helpful.
