  4. It would be nice if we had the ability to generate a label report from a ticket. This would be useful to label customer items that have been returned to the workshop for repair so we don't loose track of who owns each item.

    Ideally the report would list the customer contact information, ticket description and have a QR code that takes you directly to the ticket when scanned.

  5. Patch & Automation Feedback report. The following needs to be fixed:
    - the PDF version does not display information regarding the updates that were made unless you hover over the patching task
    - The excel version of the report does not contain any information regarding the patches that were installed
    - The excel version wrongly states Windows 10 Upgrade task when the device is actually running Windows 11
     
    They would like to receive detailed information on the tasks that were run and their respective outputs, specifically what tasks were run, what was their result, a list of updates that…

  6. Include the Hardware Inventory in the Classic Reports. This feature would be a great asset for all Atera Customers, including lower subscriptions than the current mentioned. This report is a basic requirement for customers to identify the hardware lifecycle.

  7. Include bitlocker status and possibly the encryption key in either the autditor report or disk information report. This is an important bit of information that needs to be monitored and despite the fact that Atera monitors it, that information is not provided in any of the pre-canned reports. Including this information would provide important security information for administrators.

  9. The Auditor Report produces a list of devices that do not have Office installed. This should not show up as an Alert. This can be misleading (especially when hI am sharing this report with a customer). Also, the colour red looks very alarming and always indicates an error. My suggestion : Don’t use „alarm colours“ in such reports, simply use grey or use the same colours ot the state (green, yelloq, red).''

  10. Audit Report graph beam for hard disk always uses red which is an alarm color. instead the report should use same color design like in the device view. means empty disk green, next level orange and nearly full red...

  12. When pulling a Timesheet Report, it would be most helpful to be able to pull the time dedicated to a certian Ticket Number. When we bill our Break/Fix clients, it is by the ticket number. Also, if our regular client has a certian ticket that they want billed to a specific PO or Payment Account, they request that single ticket separately. As it stands now, we must pull the PDF and edit through the PDF to include only one ticket. Having the ticket number in the filter would eliminate many admin hours.

  15. Provide a field in the advanced reports dashboards that allow image files to be uploaded when editing the given dashboard (alongside visualisation, text and button), so that company / customer logo's may appear on the report when generated.

  16. Auditor report is not not entirely translated. All reports that are sent to our clients needs to be translated. For us, its okay but if we send it to customers it needs to be properly translated.

  18. Hi,

    Simple request. In the web UI, you can set a contact relation to an agent.
    When using the current API calls for agents and contacts, there is no field for that set relation.
    Basically, we want to cross-reference that all contacts are linked to an agent.
    We have a complete list of the agents and a complete list of contacts, but no way to get a relationship between the two tables. The last logged-on user is not a viable option.
