  1. Please have te option the have the ticket shown only one time.

  2. Provide a Remote Connection report to show dates, times and duration of a remote connection. This is highly valuable to demonstrate remote actions to clients and justify MSP services and value. Also to potentially include remote worker reporting for add-on billing of the service.

  3. Issue: Currently, when generating a report, such as a Software Inventory Report, users can see the names of devices and the versions of software they have installed. However, if they want to go to a specific device, they need to close out the report and navigate to the device manually.

    Request: Add hyperlinks to the device names in reports so users can navigate directly to them.

  7. The report itself is great, however if I am to show this to a client, and they ask what all the alerts raised were, how am I to know? How am I to know which devices to prioritise installing more memory for? The CPU & Memory Data section is just messy when more than say 5 devices are selected.

    If an MSP is to use this to make money, the product needs to be able to identify where this money can be made. A great & simple report idea would be to be able to select a date range, devices…

  8. Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. I have noticed that you are not allowed to add Agent "Custom Fields" that are specific to the agent. It would make sense that this information is available within the report options.

  12. The Auditor Report produces a list of devices that do not have Office installed. This should not show up as an Alert. This can be misleading (especially when hI am sharing this report with a customer). Also, the colour red looks very alarming and always indicates an error. My suggestion : Don’t use „alarm colours“ in such reports, simply use grey or use the same colours ot the state (green, yelloq, red).''

  13. Audit Report graph beam for hard disk always uses red which is an alarm color. instead the report should use same color design like in the device view. means empty disk green, next level orange and nearly full red...

  15. Your Timesheets reports merge different information into the same cell. For instance, to make it easier to import a csv file export from Atera into any accounting system, information from Atera should be exported with just specific information requested. Currently, an export from Atera merges ticket time with the date. This forces us to do extra work to split that that data up from the cell. Why can't you just organize the data into specific categories? Time and date are two distinct and different bits of information. I already get the time entries in a different field. Why is it…

  16. Patch & Automation Feedback report. The following needs to be fixed:
    - the PDF version does not display information regarding the updates that were made unless you hover over the patching task
    - The excel version of the report does not contain any information regarding the patches that were installed
    - The excel version wrongly states Windows 10 Upgrade task when the device is actually running Windows 11
