Report about offline devices (older than X days)
Add a report or create a filter which allows users to filter devices which have been offline for more than X days in order to delete old devices out of Atera.

Ability to run weekly reports on open tickets and export to csv
It would be great if we could run an open tickets report and export to CSV that shows the open ticket numbers, Assigned Tech, Customer name, Date opened, Date last modified, and time entries. Being able to have the report run every week at a predetermined date and time and then emailed to a specific email.

Customer Satisfaction Report
I would like to see on the Satisfaction report the comments made by the customer as well as the rating for each question, this would save having to go through the individual tickets to find any comments

helpdesk improvement
We would like the IT automation summary reports that are emailed be detailed. At this time we just see that some devices failed and then I have to log into the Atera dashboard and expand everything to see the details. It would be much easier to just get the detailed summary reported emailed to us to begin with.

Scheduled Auditor Report - XLS format
Right now the Auditor Report can be exported as an XLS only manually.
When scheduling a report (for example Auditor Report), a link is sent by email to access the desired informations.
Using the link the data can be exported as a PDF but not as XLS.It could be usefull to be able to download the informations from scheduled Auditor Report also as XLS e not only as a PDF.

Add "folder" filter
We can generate auditor reports (and more reports) only by choosing a customer, but if i want just a report for few devices on a customer, i have to create a new customer. You can add a "folder" filter, so we can generate a report just for few devices.

software inventory
I would like to know if there is any tool to know if there is a change on software inventory to tell if there's any difference between them. And I wanna support who asked to be able to access many info about devices, even when they are offline.

export device query results
Device query is a powerful tool, for example, we can query across all client’s desktop operating systems on win 10 1903 with office 2016, it's very good for finding specific configs, but we can export the result, it's far more powerful than the audit tool.

Have a report which runs a Treesize report on the endpoint device with selection of which drive as well.

Auditor Report for all or selected clients
I'd like to run the auditor report for all clients or a selection of clients rather than a single client. I'd then like to export to Excel so I can manipulate further and this should include a column for client name.

Collect script outputs into CSV or some other kind of report
Lets say, that i run a PS script on 60 devices and would like to collect the output of the script for each device. Then i navigate to Recent Processes view and under the script related process click on each device one by one to copy the output. This could be improved.

Report of all computers that have been on for more than 30 days
I need to generate a report of all of the computers in my account that have been on for more than 30 days so that I can tell them to reboot... Because rebooting FIXES 90% OF THE PROBLEMS!!! Imagine having less to deal with... :)

Report for alerts on specific device with description & amount of alerts
I would like to create a report for devices and alerts. Would like a report that I can show to my client that they’re having X amount of issues with one device and then we can address it based on a, b, c action items.

Improved Software Inventory Report
Please allow simplifying the results from the Software Inventory report such that apps with different versions can be collapsed into a single line.
When I run this report right now, it's very cumbersome to see the apps installed when there can be 10 entries for the same app with varying versions. Being able to simplify this list so I can see plainly what apps are installed on which endpoints without having to mentally or manually collapse these multiple duplicate apps would be very beneficial.

Combine and send reports automation
I would love to be able to have reports automatically combined into one and scheduled to send to the customer on a monthly basis. Right now we have to either have the reports sent to a tech and manually combine them and then send. Previously we were able to do this until migrating over to Atera. Love Atera, just would like to get that feature back.

Software History In Software Inventory
It would be great to somewhat know what software's were installed previously on a computer. Like a Software History/Snapshot on the specified date. Currently if the computer is turned off, We are not able to run the Software Inventory feature or create a Report to list the available software's on a specific computer.

Being the admin on our system I have the need to run many reports across ALL Customers, or ALL Devices, or ALL Tickets, or any other detail.
We need a Report section where we can select certain criteria, and be able to run it against (All our system data)
ALL Customers, or ALL Devices, or ALL Tickets. I realize using ALL seems like a wide open query, but not if you limit the choices.Examples:
