This would be the same data that we would get from regular reports, but would be visible at the agent level via their REST API.

Report for how many hours worked on a client
A report that breaks down tickets and hours worked on a client. I have flat fee clients wanting to get a breakdown of this data to see if the money they are spending is averaging out over each quarter. It's also a way to help retain clients.

Missing Software Report
I think it be helpful to be able to run a report to show endpoints that are missing a specific software. I understand that Advanced Filters should be able to point out these endpoints (once current issue is fixed in next release), but a report would be helpful.

Daily Technician Time Report Broken down by agent
Currently, every morning I have to export to xls, run a Macro to sort, group and calculate how much time each tech spent the previous day. Would love for this to be automated.

Have a customer asking for a report that filters just servers and includes cpu, memory and hard drive space, os, etc.. and have it export in pdf
should be able to filter by device type or folder and the report should generate based on a filtered criteria

Add a prefix to generated reports.
When exporting reports to pdf/xlsx it would be handy if the filename were prefixed by YYMMDD-HHmmss-reportname.pdf/xlsx That way no reports are overwritten, and reports can be easily sorted by filename.

Custom Fields should be included in all the reports which are relevant to agent or devices such as Software Inventory, Microsoft Licensing, Patch Status Summary, Agent Health, etc.

Ticketing Reports Filter by Origin
Reports for tickets of technician: Being able to filter by origin of ticket so I can filter out tickets coming from Alerts that most technicians usually just go through and close quickly if there is nothing to be done.

Customize scheduled reports
Cannot customize reports when sending them on a schedule.
e.g. customer periodic: we do not use backup function so we do not want it on the report the customer gets

Scheduled Report Email Direclty Download Link or attachment
it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

DISPLAY TICKET DATE ON PRODUCT REPORTS
We would like to see the date that the ticket was created in product reports as well. So far I only see dates on timesheet reports.

Executive Summary with PDF Attachment
Similar to the Auditor Report, we would like to have an executive summary report that combines auditor report and patch status summary as well as other reports that we can add or remove when required.
It would also be very handy if we can remove specific elements from a report e.g. remove Mac computers if they don't exist on the network or Server Distribution etc. and most importantly have this report sent with a PDF attachment.20 votesNice! Attaching the report as PDF to the schedule emails
When scheduling a report, the email should contain the pdf (or file type of choice) as an attachment on the email. Saves from having to click on the link and login to get the report.

Create a custom report to track users/endpoints
I am tracking the number of active users in my company. This allows me to see the health of each client and if I need to add additional resources to a client for support and buy-in of my market offerings.
In short the more active users/endpoints the healthier my business is.

Auditor Report With name of clients + less data
Auditor: when I export it to excel, the name is called auditor #5. I want customer name to be shown on the name of the excel. Lot of information on the report itself that I don’t need and need to remove before I send to the client

Add Last Logged User to Software Inventory Report
Please add a column for Last Logged User to the default output of the Software Inventory Report for detailed excel export in the Devices tab.
Right now, I have to export a detailed excel report then go into the customer profile to see the last logged user and manually add them. It is very time consuming, especially if several different software changes were made to several machines between report runs. Having this column added by default would make it alot faster.
This is my very specific request.

Software Inventory Reports - Device Name Missing
When we view Software Inventory Reports in Atera, we can click the pop out icon under the Number of Devices column to view the device(s) that the software is on, but when we export a report, we don't see the device(s). For my team, this typically leads to me going back into Atera to find that information whenever we're reviewing licensing, tracking down rogue programs, planning to onboard a new client, etc., and then manually adding that in a spreadsheet.5 votes
