  1. In the reports section, it would be really good to be able to create a report for a specific contract of a client. At the moment we are only able to create reports for all the contracts a customer has. It would be a good idea to be able to separate the report based on the contracts.

  3. Currently, every morning I have to export to xls, run a Macro to sort, group and calculate how much time each tech spent the previous day. Would love for this to be automated.

  4. TimeSheet Report: want to send to all my customers with the schedule but can't do everyone client one by one. Would be nice to select all clients to be sent out at the same time but to each client

  5. When scheduled reports are created -
    a generic message
    "Your Atera ‘Agent Health’ report is here"
    Can I option be added to either use the description (name of report) - or option to add the detail for the message
    This way you know exactly what the content of the email is - rather than having to click the link

  6. Have a customer asking for a report that filters just servers and includes cpu, memory and hard drive space, os, etc.. and have it export in pdf

    should be able to filter by device type or folder and the report should generate based on a filtered criteria

  7. When exporting reports to pdf/xlsx it would be handy if the filename were prefixed by YYMMDD-HHmmss-reportname.pdf/xlsx That way no reports are overwritten, and reports can be easily sorted by filename.

  8. Reports for tickets of technician: Being able to filter by origin of ticket so I can filter out tickets coming from Alerts that most technicians usually just go through and close quickly if there is nothing to be done.

  9. We automated patch management and send the appropriate report to our customers once a month (because that's the only way to send).

    We need the possibility to send a patch feedback report AFTER the patches were installed or other frequencies/dependencies. Currently, we patch once a month and send report once a month which leads to problems: e.g. sent report on 1st Saturday of month, report will be empty (0) because on the day before it was last month (30th/31st). Same on other days

    Customers are already complaining why we cannot schedule it correctly. This is critical

  10. Report Dashboard for clients: we can't present our activity well to our clients. We need a client Dashboard, that they can check out at any time. All other RMMS do that. Access for them to check out the dashboard.

Scheduled Report Email Subject should Include the name we provide for the Scheduled report instead of "Your Atera ‘Patch Status Summary’ report is here" should be something like "Your Atera 'MY Report Name' report is here" that would make the email notificaion much more useful. it would also be nice to have it in the Body of the email too.

  12. It would nice to be able to track non monitored hardware like monitors and docking stations. We can add custom fields but I don't see a way to have these added to a report. If there was custom Auditor report where you could select the items displayed and could include custom fields that would be great and would really improve basic inventory management.

  13. We would like to see the date that the ticket was created in product reports as well. So far I only see dates on timesheet reports.

  14. It would be good to have a report attached to the scheduled emails so that we can export the numbers and log accordingly internally. This would be useful for automating product and expenses into invoices within accountancy packages.

  17. I am tracking the number of active users in my company. This allows me to see the health of each client and if I need to add additional resources to a client for support and buy-in of my market offerings.

    In short the more active users/endpoints the healthier my business is.

  19. We can generate auditor reports (and more reports) only by choosing a customer, but if i want just a report for few devices on a customer, i have to create a new customer. You can add a "folder" filter, so we can generate a report just for few devices.
