yes, too much white page. I can only see 7 tickets in one page. We are big team and we normally have 60-70 tickets. I'm part of the management team and so need to have a holistic view of the entire team.
Also, why there is no search in tickets. I know there is global search but maybe I just want to do a quick search in tickets only. specially when I'm doing cleanup of tickets during outage.

Yes, global search needs a lot of improvements but I hope that doesn't affect the performance. Things I would love to see
1. Search of custom fields. If we can't find them, they almost become useless.
2. Complex search with AND and OR options. -

There is ability to select multiple customer at the same time and take action like delete.
Similarly there should be ability to select multiple contacts under a customer and take actions (delete or change the customer linked to that contact).

Agree, price is toooooooo high. Either price needs to come down, or you allow to purchase for selected Users or charge per number of devices running Network discovery.

App can be really handy for onsite guys. Few things that are missing
`1. No way to search for tickets. Can't just rely on filtering that too only by status. There should be more filter options.
2. Look like time entered towards the ticket from the app is counted towards Onsite time. This is great for us as but there is no way to enter the time manually. Only way to enter time is by starting and stopping timer.
