  1. Long story short: Add "Company Name" to the list of classification options during Azure AD Synchronization Setup

    JUSTIFICATION

    When trying to use the "Import Setup" step of the Azure AD sync, only "Office" and "Department" are listed as options for identifying which Site to add the users to.   2. Snmp threshold on existing Monitored OIDs is currently not editable. Meaning that I have to delete and add OID again to set a new threshold when something is changing (e.g. Ram, CPU, Diskspace)

  4. It would be nice to create rules or filters for folders to auto-populate devices within the folders. A lot of times customers have many locations, and being able to auto-populate devices under a specific folder would be a welcome change. Some Criteria idea's that would be helpful for my team:

    Subnet Range
    Device Type
    WAN IP Address (The most useful for my team)
    Device Type (Server, Workstation)
    Device OS
    CPU Type
    Hardware Vendor

    In addition, allowing IT Automations and reports to run against Customer folders would would solve a lot of requests.

  5. Instead of having to pull all invoices/tickets with each call, it would be great to be able to specify an invoice/ticket date or even better, specifying two dates and get all invoices between those two dates.

  11. Please add on the new feature update a possibility to change the system date format to have other format as default. We are exporting timesheet and the date format are set to US which does not work for us as we are in Australia. This is a must setting that you should be looking to implement.

  14. The option to have a central signature where you can put variables like %AGENTNAME%, %EMAILADDRESS%, %FUNCTION% and the like. That way we don't have to update the signatures manually for every employee, but centrally change it.

  16. Update the Custom portal URL section (https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/211833798#CustomerPortalURL) , with the following:
    That HTTPs, doesn't work using this method.
    That a user can use a fowarder, i.e. helpdesk.xxx.com -> helpdesk.company.atera.com.

    If a forwarder is used, at least they can still point towards their domain, which forwards to Atera page etc.

  17. To link Atera to some of our project management and knowledge base platforms. A lot of information is stored and updated on those platforms and it will be great to pull it into Atera to the device page, customer page, and even the main dashboard. It can be different note platforms like - Evernote, Jira conference, notion, or even Monday.com.

  18. It would be nice if the Atera agent could discover and effectively manage hypervisors, as Hyper-V. That it detects the Hyper-V role installed, Virtual Machines running on each host, and show the statistics and status of all the VMs in almost real-time in the web console. Also, to be able to see the overall resource utilization like RAM, CPU, Disk, from the host side, so that we can confirm our virtualization host is going OK. Also later the ability to monitor and manage Hyper-V Clusters.

  19. For the fields you can set to DropDown with Dependencies - is there a way to nest those further instead of only having Values and Children?
    For example if we wanted:

    Value: Request Type = Computer
    Child Value:Hardware
    Sub Value -> Monitor
    Keyboard
    Mouse
    Etc.
    Child Value:Software
    Sub Value -> Adobe
    Sub Sub Value -> Reader DC
    Pro
    PhotoShop
    Etc.

I'd like to see the ability to request tickets with more than just one status via API. for instance i can only look at open tickets or only look at pending tickets, I need to look at both open and pending at the same time. Also being able to choose the ticket types in the same api call would be ideal. i want to do one call to view all open/pending tickets with type Incident or type Change. I'd also like to see more items per page.
