  2. With Customizable Statuses, we would like to see the different statuses on the dashboard. I would like to see the ability of how any projects tickets we have.

  3. If we open more than one ticket the Tab title always says "Atera -RMM...." which makes it hard to find the ticket we want. It would be much easier if it gave the ticket title instead

  8. It would be a great feature to allow us to move back to a previous page. Let say you're in the customer view/page and you have selected the wrong customer. Currently you'll need to select on the main option Customer on the side bar to view your list of customers to start over. Whereas if you have a button to move back, it convenient to go to the previous page.

  9. TL;DR: Would like to be able to hide unused features in admin console menus and sidebars.

    Many MSPs use best of breed (or personal favorite) in each category of their App stack. Some may use the RMM and not the PSA or the AntiVirus, or Backup. Yet all the unused features still clog up the admin console. Having the ability to hide all those unused/unwanted features would help streamline the use of the tool, and cause less confusion for new technicians.

  10. In the IP Whitelisting area, need to have a comment field next to each whitelisted IP. With security being critical, I would like to know in a single view the reason each of the whitelisted IPs was whitelisted in the first place.

    Is it a regular internet interface from the organization?
    Is it the IP of one of my IT technician's home IP address that is working from home and needs access?
    Is it the IP of a remote vendor that might need temporary access?
    etc. etc. etc.

    Being able to annotate WHY I created the IP Whitelist is critical.

  11. If you import a large SNMP template and want to delete unnecessary OID's, you have to delete one by one, confirming the 'yes' prompt every OID.

    Add checkboxes so that you can select multiple OID's and perform actions (eg; delete) in bulk.

  12. We would like to add a graph to the Dashboard showing how many Active Tickets each Technician has. This would allow us to identify busy technicians and re-allocate load to quieter technicians.

  13. Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

  14. A configurable page that can contain customized views, to allow information such as unassigned tickets to be seen on a central screen in the office as well as other information such as alerts.

  16. New version automatically refreshes back to Dashboard every few seconds. I primarily remain on the Devices tab, as I almost exclusively use Atera to connect to remote computers. However, now, I can't even scroll for a few seconds in Devices without Atera refreshing back to the Dashboard, interrupting my work. Please disable this "feature" or include a setting to allow disabling by admins.

  17. I have a few smaller customers that don't have real servers and use a workstation with Windows OS not server OS and I would like to monitor them as servers and have them listed as servers not workstations in the dashboard.

  18. I would like to ask if it would be possible to get a view where ALL opened and re-opened tickets is included. This will give us a better ”real” view of the ticket activity (open/reopen(close) on a daily basis (since we often work with reopening tickets)

  20. Would like to see the option to be able to filter devices for (in my case) being "online" so we can remove all offline units from view. As well the list is so limiting with only 10 per page, it does not even go the length of the side information bar and likely (if it MUST remain static) could be set to 20 per page, ideally selectable 10.25.50.100 or ALL
