    Unfortunately guys this is Atera all over. Obsessed with AI and missing completely basic features that are actually necessary

    I see comments on this that it is easy to do.... If you have a domain controller, it is easy to do. Most modern businesses are moving away from on-prem DCs and moving to Azure/Entra etc. For clients in a workgroup environment, it is not easy to automate a script that you can execute on multiple end-points. I can run ONE-OFF "Windows 11 Readiness script" on each machine, one-by-one, but it would be just as easy as to walk to each machine to run the script. I do not like the non-domain lack of support of managing endpoints. Even applies to the "Network Discovery" which is completely useless in a non-domain environment!

    Guys this is so simple to do. There are dozens of easy ways to do this. I wouldn't wait on some magical fix from them given how close we are to October.

    A quick repeat of my previous comment bellow - you have added this information to the devices screen - please can you add it to the auditors report - this is time critical as the october deadline looms!!!

    Guys, this is so easy. There are multiple scripts you can run to check. You can also do a scripted custom field for TPM and have the report you want. Happy to provide the script if you all need it. Very easy to use.

    as always seems to be the case with Atera. they added the info field to the device page but not to the auditor report export - but as you can see no-one reads or replies to the comments here from Atera.

    This is must needed! Lots of devices need upgrades but we need to know which ones need to be replaced.

    now we need just a filter for that at views and reports

    Make a Report that checks compatability of all devices with for example windows 11, will make it easier for MSP's to prepare for new roll outs of hardware and OS's

    This should have been done already. All other RMM's have this built in now. Yet again another thing atera is miles behind on. Dont worry we have smiley faces now on ticket view!

    Absolutely a must have, no idea how its not included already. I can run a script that will check it but Atera cannot give me the correct output from the script so I'm dead in the water at this point.
