This is so important a partial software inventory is just useless to us and will make us go elsewhere.

A quick repeat of my previous comment bellow - you have added this information to the devices screen - please can you add it to the auditors report - this is time critical as the october deadline looms!!!

as always seems to be the case with Atera. they added the info field to the device page but not to the auditor report export - but as you can see no-one reads or replies to the comments here from Atera.

This is achievable now by using the alert categories when setting up your thresholds - we only send emails out for critical alerts and have the hdd threshold at 95% and we have a warning alert hdd threshold set at 90% , but do not have emails turned on for warning level alerts.
That way they will still show up in the console but not annoy us with emails.
