An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Robb commentedAbsolutely a must have, no idea how its not included already. I can run a script that will check it but Atera cannot give me the correct output from the script so I'm dead in the water at this point.

+1 for this. Status changes in 3cX if an engineer is working on a ticket (Based on timer?) and even updating customer status in 3cX with current ticket reference would be amazing.
