3cx integration
Integration with 3cx for screen pop's and tracking customer calls and chats would be a great addition.

+1 for this. Status changes in 3cX if an engineer is working on a ticket (Based on timer?) and even updating customer status in 3cX with current ticket reference would be amazing.

We also use 3CX and look forward to this implementation. There should be a TAPI/CAPI interface, then you can cover all common telephone systems.

Great idea. 3CX integration would be a bonus. They seem easy to work with on the integration side also
