   any update. almost all RMM's have this apart from atera?

   This should have been done already. All other RMM's have this built in now. Yet again another thing atera is miles behind on. Dont worry we have smiley faces now on ticket view!

    With the ability of being able to control the hyper v virtual machines. Loved this in pulseway. simple to shutdown/restart/start vms without having to log into the machine
