PDF Preview Window
It would be nice for attachments to have a preview window for common file types such as, .PDF, .docx, etc

When users attach an image to a ticket we need to be able to click the image and have it display in a floating pop-up window. Preferable one with Zooming abilities. Currently we have to download the image then open in an another application. Coming to Aterea from Jira, this is a significant downgrade.

Often times the in-line image is too small and we need to be able to zoom in.
With the old UI we used to be able to double click the image and it would open using our default image viewer.We can no longer do this in the new UI.

This is an extreme need for me and my staff - having to download an attachment EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. is truly a pain...especially if all you're wanting to do is verify something on it.

It would be great to have an inline picture viewer for attached pictures, so we don't have to download and open them

It would be extremely helpful if I didn't have to download an image to view it from a ticket. I need to be able to reference the image will replying to a ticket many times because of the information they contain.
Instead using an HTML to fileToForceDownload, it would be so much better to ContentType = "application/pdf";

When users submit a ticket via email and they include an image, the ticket shows a link with image.jpeg attached. Clicking on it downloads the image. It would be nice if it just opened in the browser over top of the ticket, with an X to close it. Documents have the same challenge. Can you make it work more like how gmail handles attachments?

Preview ticket attachments in browser [Document Viewer at least PDF]. It doesn’t open it in the browser. Click on the attachment. It downloads it automatically. But would be nice for it to open up in the new tab so it can show us the pdf. And it doesn’t show on the ticket too – if there is a picture it will just show the attachement but we don’t see the preview

I am a major supporter of this idea. A document web viewer for pdf, images, doc/docx files, and the like would greatly speed up my workflow when assisting a client.

We store a lot of photos of client sites in Atera, it would be great if it was easier to view them without downloading.

Option to open an attachment rather than having to download each time.
