Splashtop SOS
For new customers / users I currently still use Teamviewer Quicksupport to remotely install the Atera agent and then swap to Splashtop.
As my Teamviewer subscription will soon expire, it would've been nice Splashtop SOS was actually included in the Atera subscription the same way that Teamviewer Quicksupport is with Teamviewer Premium/Corporate/Enterprise instead of having to pay for a separate Splashtop subscription again.
Or I could use Microsoft Quick Assist, but still I'd rather prefer to also use Splashtop SOS for quick support sessions.
I'm pretty sure Atera can fulfill this dream ;-)
Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!

Splashtop already has the Splashtop SOS product. Please integrate that!

I'm a longtime Splashtop user. I bought and renewed my subscription directly through Splashtop. I use notes in Splashtop business for billing purposes and cannot lose that functionality or integration. If Atera could replace Splashtop notes with ticket notes and keep track of time spent, that'd be great. Keeping the full Splashtop business in place and integrated would be an acceptable second. Short of that, I can't see going back to SOS to accommodate the PSA.

careful what you wish for!!
I have sos subscription.
Also have full business subscription for customer usage before they added it to atera for twice the price.
My advice is don't bother.Splashtop business, if as client is signed in won't then let me sign in too along side them with splashtop RMM, the customer signed out first I login and then log back in.
So dumb raised this issue 4 years ago with both Atera and Splashtop and they just both blamed each other.

I am in the same situation and I would like to enter the endpoints or servers with splashtop from Atera as I did with teamviewer.

I think this is critical and really necessary.

Would be nice to have the ability to create temporary, plugin, or other remote access portal that is session based to direct users to when the agent is not showing online or has an issue (e.g. Logmein rescue, ZoHo Assist, etc.)

Splashtop SOS: When you integrate with Splashtop SOS, would be nice to have a tab on the Atera console where you can easily click into it
